I woke up I to the sound if birds chirping through my window. The sun shingling through my curtain laid a golden light over my room. I sat up in my bed and stretched.
Sounds perfect right? Well it's not.
Instead of my waking to birds chirping through my window I woke up to my parents screaming at each other. And instead of sun shinning through my window I woke up to see my "room",as it's called, lit up by my lava lamp sitting on my desk. I have no window,however, cause my room is in the attic.
I got up out of bed, trying not to hit my head on the slanted roof in over my bed. My room set up exactly how I had it last night. Pitch black walls with Christmas lights strung across my walls. Jeff the killer, BEN Drowned, and Offenderman drawings laid on my desk, next to my lamp.
I walk to my "closebt",storage cub bored, and dragged out some clean cloths. Today I'm wearing a white and black long sleeve,black ripped skinny jeans,black combat boots, and a rainbow kitten beanie.
I leave my room,hoping my big brother,Nathan, isn't waiting outside my door to scream at me. Luckily he wasn't today so I went straight to the bathroom to finish my hair,makeup,and crap like that. I put in my snake bites.tongue piercing, and eyebrow piercing and leave the small bathroom.
"Alexandrea!! Get your ass down here!!" My dad yelled from the kitchen. 'Here we go again' j thought and headed down stares.
"Yes dad?" I ask as I enter the kitchen. He hold up a paper and scolds me. "What the hell is this!?" It's my report card. "Dad chill. It's my report card." I sat at the table. "I know what the fuck it is dumbass. I meant your grades!" He glared at me with his evil snake like eyes. "It's only one C. And what do you care anyway?"
He stood up and slammed the paper on the table face down. "You listen here little girl. I am your father and you will not disrespect me! Understand!?!" I went to nod but he slapped me and walked off.
I grabbed my cheek and winced at the burning sensation on my face. "Whatever." I stood and garbed my backpack. Heading out the door for school...
