My Life at the All Boys Academy(yaoi)

Chapter 1

Hikaru POV:

It seemed like yesterday when Atsushi suddenly left me in the middle of last year, and here I am today on the charter bus heading to Dark Night Academy, an all boys school, one of the hardest high schools to get in to. I don't know how exactly I got in it's just this letter came in to notify me that I was accepted. I didn't even take the entrance exam either, but anyways I'm pretty happy to be accepted into this prestigious academy.

  Screech! Then the bus came to a complete stop, and I grabbed my backpack and suitcase then got off the bus. I looked straight ahead to see that I still had about a mile to walk. After a few minutes, I finally arrived at Dark Night Academy as I was heavily breathing and a bit exhausted from all of the walking. I sat down at a near by bench and took a drink from my blue water bottle and admiring the school, that looked like a castle more than anything else, as I wondered if a commoner like me was really allowed at such a prestigious school. I shook the thought out of my head and I stood up and walked through the gate, then towards the main entrance.

Seeing many cherry blossom trees as it was currently the beginning of April. When I walked in to the lobby a guy close to my age with long navy blue hair and navy blue eyes walked up to me and greeted himself "Hello, I'm the student council president Kuroi Ayato, and are you by any chance Haruno Hikaru?" "Yes I am." I responded.
"Very well, now if you would follow me and I'll give you a tour of our campus along with where your dorm is." He told me. I followed him around the school as he told me every little detail of each area of the entire school which looked like something out of a fantasy novel. Then we finally reached the dorm building and Kuroi led me to room 206 which was my dorm room number. He then handed me the dorm key to the room before he left.

I inserted the room key and turned it clockwise then I slowly opened the door. To see a king sized bed with a comforter that has a design similar to a check board, a white desk, and a closet. The wall was black, and the floor was dark gray with a chandelier on the ceiling for lightening. I slowly walked in as I felt a slightly eerie yet comforting feeling as I took my first step inside. The pleasant scent of lavender invaded my nose as I closed the door. I started to examine the dorm room a bit more to see a small kitchen and a dining table to my left. Then I walked towards the balcony to see a beautiful sight of nature. There were many cherry blossom trees, and a river leading up to a wall of mountains.

After a few minutes I walked back in and put my stuff down on to the floor on the right side of the bed. I then unzipped my backpack to grab my PC to play some BL games and I jumped on to the bed as I started up my computer. Before I knew it a few hours passed considering that I arrived here at noon and it's already 3 in the afternoon. I saved my game and powered down my laptop then placing it on to the table next to the bed. Then I slowly drifted off to sleep.
*timeskip presented by a hurricane of randomness.*

    I smelt the delicious smell of waffles as I slowly opened my eyes. Wait Waffles? I don't remember making waffles or anything waffle related. Out of curiosity, I got off of the bed and walked towards the kitchen as the scent became stronger. To then see a guy with black hair in the kitchen making waffles. "U-um who are you and why are you making waffles in my kitchen?" I asked with shyness in my voice. He turned around then he introduced himself "I'm Amane Atsushi, your roommate, and I'm making waffles cause I can"   Amane Atsushi, I swear I've heard his name before then I remembered that he was my best friend and crush during my middle school years.  I felt tears flowing out of my eyes as the memories of me and him hanging out started to replay in my head.

       I ran up to Atsushi then I hugged him "Atsushi I missed you." I said then I looked up at him. He looked surprised at first then he had a calm smile "I missed you too Hikaru." he responded as he wiped a tear off of my face making me blush a bit. I let go of him and went back to the bed and grabbed my laptop and my headphones to continue my game. After a few minutes I heard Atsushi yell "Hikaru it's time for dinner" I immediately closed my laptop and walked over to the dining table. Then I sat down in my seat as Atsushi places a plate of waffles in front of me. "I-itadakimasu" I say before I take my first bite which was much fluffy and a bit sweet and the maple syrup complimented the taste of the waffle so well. Before I knew it I was already finished eating waffle. "Atsushi, the waffles you made were delicious" I happily said. "Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed them" he responded.

I left the table and I went back to my laptop to continue my BL game and little did I know that I forgot to plug the headphones in.
