Samantha had told her father and brother what had happened and was headed to her sister's room. She was not aware of Dean following her. She entered Denise's hospital room. Samantha took a deep breath.
"Hey, D." She said. No response. Her sister was in a comatose like state.
"I met Dad. And Sam. They know who we are. But not what we are. We'll have to tell them eventually." Samantha sniffled and walked to the chair next to the bed, sitting down. What they are? Dean thought.
"I remember my sixth birthday when you and Venisis took me on a hunt while the rest of the clan decorated the caves for the surprise party. Or when I shifted for the first time when I was twelve." Tears slipped down Samantha's face.
"I was so scared. I was in so much pain but then you-" Her voice cracked.
"You told me to relax and just fade into the fire." Samantha smiled sadly. Samantha stood and walked to the door. She stopped and looked to Denise.
"I'll get Azry to watch you. See you when you wake up, D." Samantha walked out and spotted Dean.
"What do you want?" She asked with a stiff posture.
"How can you see me?" He asked.
"Oh. That's what you want." Samantha turned and began to walk away.
"So what are you?" Dean called out. "Demon? Werewolf? Maybe a vampire?"
Samantha whirled around, her eyes an amber color with slit pupils.
"Don't you dare make accusations about me or my sister! You don't even know us! Just because you're 'Dean Winchester' you think you can accuse anyone of being a monster. Well back off because you have no idea what you messing with!" She hissed. With that she marched out of the hospital.
Dean, in a shocked state, walked back through the halls. On the way he bumps into someone.
"Hey! Watch it!" She snarled. She was pale, with blue eyes, and black hair with electric blue highlights.
"Uh, hi." Dean said. The girl rolled her eyes.
"Wow. The one person who can see me is an awkward dumb ass." She grumbles.
"Well excuse me but I'm not exactly solid either, Miss Sunshine." Dean retorts.
"How about you back off so I can find my sister!" The girl growls.
"Who's your sister?" Dean asked.
"Samantha Winchester. Why?" The girl answered.
"Cuz she just left. Something about someone called Azry watching her sister Denise, or I'm guessing, you." Dean replied. Denise's brows furrowed.
"Why would Azry need to watch me? I'm already awake." She muttered. A howl glided through the hospital, beautifully haunting.
"What was that?" Dean asked rigidly. A blueish grey blur knocked down Denise.
"Master!" It squealed gleefully. It looked like a mix between a wolf and a bird.
"What the hell is that thing?!" Dean shouted. The girl stood and rolled her eyes at Dean. The creature huffed.
"I no like this one. Very much rude!" It said.
"What, you've never seen a Lupus Avis before?" Denise asked. She turned to the creature,
"Did anyone see you?"
"Nope! I a ghosty!" It giggled.
"Good, you're in spirit form. Go watch my body. If any Shadow Stallions show up, you know what to do." Denise instructed.
"Azry protect Master! Azry be good girl!" The creature-Azry- yelled while running off.
"What was that?" Dean asked again.
"That was Azry. She was abandoned when she was a pup. So my sister and I raised her." Denise answered.
"Pup? That is not a dog." Dean retorted. Denise face palmed.
"Of course not you ineptus! She's a Lupus Avis. Plenus sum coram fatuus! Deus, cur ita hærere?!" She shouted in Latin angrily.
"Excuse me, but I don't like being talked about in a different language." Dean retorted, " What was that, Latin?"
Denise rolled her eyes and marched in the other direction.
"Aww. Did I annoy you?" Dean called out, his twin stopped in her tracks. A dangerous air about her. A low chuckle escaped her lips.
"You haven't seen me angry. I don't suggest that you continue to annoy me." She warned without turning. With that, she continued on her way. Leaving a confused Winchester boy behind her.
"Well then.  Isn't she just a happy ray of sunshine." Dean said sarcastically. He too left the bustling hall of the hospital, for the solitude of his room.

Yeah, I know. Crappy excuse for a make up chapter. But writing is hard! I try to keep the plot and everything as good as I can write. Anyway hope you enjoyed chapter four! Bye!
