Chapter 7: The Cards

"Nice job, Nadine. You made them all confused."

Nadine smirked and replied.

Nadine: "You're welcome."

The sender then sent a message again.

"Will you be ready for the big day?"

Nadine: "Ready as I'll ever be."

Nadine smirked and put her phone down.

The next day

They all gathered in a circle after school.

Josephine: "We're all lucky the Werewolves didn't kill anyone last night."

Ed: "Yeah."

Nadine: "So what's the point of having this group meeting again? I told you, it's Toby."

Toby: "You piece of shit, Nadine. If it's me, where's the proof?"

Nadine: "You were glad Jason's dead!"

Toby: "That was years ago, Nadine! You didn't care he's dead, either! And what about Tiffany?!"

Nadine: "Nobody knew where you were. You killed her!"

Cella: "To be honest, Nadine? Your proofs are not that good."

Nadine: "Really, Cella?! Whose side are you on right now?! Oh I know, YOU are the Werewolf."

Cella: "WHAT?!"

Toby: "There it is, guys. Nadine's terrible acting."

Ed: "Nadine, this is stupid."

Nadine: "No, I just know it! Cella was accusing the others from the start as well!"

Cella: "I was just accusing based on what I was thinking!"

Ongky: "Nadine, you're being weird."

Yezki: "What's wrong with you, Nadine?"

Cella: "Yeah, what the hell is wrong with you?!"

Angel: "Guys shut up! She's just pointing the most suspicious ones. She might be right!"

Toby: "And now there's Angel, who's on #TeamNadine all the way. I'm starting to think that you two are the Werewolves."

Josephine: "Oh my God guys, when is this gonna end?!"

Ongky: "Yeah! We better think of the game, rather than accusing each other!"

Everyone went silent.

Toby: "Okay, okay. So what is it?"

Josephine: "We tried to ask Ms. Yush for our character cards, but it's gone."

Yezki: "Somebody must've stolen it."

Josephine: "True. Do you think it's the Werewolves?"

Yezki: "Of course it's the Werewolves. They stole it to make the game more complicated."

Ongky: "Why don't we just go around in circle, and mention what our characters are? That way the Werewolves can't lie."
