Toris sat in the world meeting, the other coutries in the meeting were bickering and fighting; except Greece who was soundly asleep. Toris sighed, and looked down at his papers which he had been attempting to take notes on. He laid his head down sadly on the table, only to be picked up two seconds later by Ivan grabbing the collar of his uniform. Toris screamed with surprise and terror, he got light-headed from the adrenaline.
"What's a matter Lithuania?" Ivan asked with a smile. "You look like you aren't having any fun. Maybe you'll have more fun if you, Estonia, and Latvia come back to my house, da?" Toris grew pale, partially out of fear and partially because his shirt was choking him from the way he was being held by Ivan. Toris felt hands wrap around his waist and then was pulled from Ivan's grip.
"Like, what if he doesn't want to go to your house Russia?" He heard Feliks from behind him. "He is, after all, his own country." Toris smiled a little at the fact that Feliks was defending him. Ivan was opening his mouth to say something when he was glomped by Alfred holding a pie made of pure whipped cream and smashing it into Ivan's fave. Alfred laughed, and got up and ran as quickly as he could while an angry Ivan covered in whipped cream chased him down. Toris felt Feliks put his hand on his shoulder.
"Hi Feliks." Toris stuttered out. "Thanks for helping me."
"That's what friends are for." Feliks smiled. Toris blushed at the smile. "Toris, you're all red, you okay?"
"Huh? Uh, y-yeah! I'm okay." Toris said quickly.
"Maybe this will help you feel better." Feliks giggled and kissed Toris on the cheek. Not half a second after that, there was the click of a camera. They both turned To see Elizabeta holding a camera. Toris felt his face turn another shade of red. "Beat it Hungary!" Feliks shouted.
"I'm sending this to Japan and Canada, they ship you two as well." She smirked and turned away. Toris somehow turned a darker shade of red than before. He hid his face in his hands and ran out of the room from embarrassment. It's not that he didn't like the kiss from Feliks, he just didn't like the fact that Elizabeta had gotten a picture and the whole world was about to know about him and Feliks. He ran into an empty room out of embarrassment and closed the door and sat down in one corner of it.
"Finally, it's quiet." He sighed. He smiled and blushed remembering the kiss and put his hand on his cheek where Feliks' lips had touched. He began to hum 'Marukaite Chikyuu' and enjoy being alone, when the door opened and Feliks stepped in and closed the door behind him.
"You okay Toris?" Feliks asked with a worried expression on his face.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just needed to get away from all that chaos." Toris said.
"Mind if I sit next to you?" Feliks asked.
"No, not at all. I wanted some company you'd be one of three I'd call." Toris confessed as he scooted over. Feliks sat next to him.
"That's good. In case your wondering, no one got the pictures Elizabeta took. right after you left, Romania took her phone and chucked it at Denmark yelling something about Norway and it broke on Denmark's head." Feliks said with a laugh. Toris laughed too, that actually was funny.
"Just goes to show how hard-headed Denmark really is." Toris joked, causing them both to burst out laughing even more.
"Yah. And how crappy Hungarian phones are." Feliks said, which caused even more laughing. After they finally settled down, Feliks wrapped his hand around Toris' hand. Toris blushed. "You know, you're cute when you blush." Feliks whispered, causing Toris to blush even more.
"Y-You think so?" Toris asked with a stutter?"
"Yes." Feliks kissed his cheek with that word. Toris turned his face toward FeLiks', turning it into a kiss on the lips. The kiss turned more and more passionate than it was originally intended to be. Feliks carefully pushed Toris up against the wall, and made the kiss even more passionate. He held him there as things began to get steamy.

About an hour later, Feliks walked out of the room, looking both pleased and smug. Toris followed him, his face extremely red, and his hair messed up. He finished pulling his uniform jacket back on, and didn't even bother to fix his tie.
"Liet..." Feliks said, stopping and turning To face him. "Someone's totally gonna notice your tie." He said, tying Toris's tie for him.
"Thanks Pol." Toris smiled, still blushing.
"No problem." Feliks replied. They turned to go see if the meeting was still chaos or if Germany had fixed it. Turns out that the meeting was over.
"Well.... I'm kinda glad we missed it, but I also wonder what we missed." Toris stated.
"Who knows." Feliks smiled. "Hey Liet, can I take you on a date tomorrow?"
"S-Sure!" Toris stuttered. "Th-that would be wonderful!"
"Okay. Meet me at the train station tomorrow at 3:45 pm." Feliks kissed him on the forehead and skipped away. Toris smiled and walked home, thinking about what had just happened, he couldn't help but blush and smile like an idiot when Estonia and Latvia asked him what happened.
