Up there was the first one. I used a color layer and the oil painting effect on Lily Collins to achieve this look. However I wasn't satisfied

I changed my icon again. This time it's Emma Watson with a demonic pentagram behind her (what was I thinking?). I used the oil panting effect + red and orange color layers for this.

This is the one I settled with. Barbara Palvin + oil painting effect + red layer + shape tool. I'll be holding on to this for a while
