Fluttershy' Own Hero

The unicorn smiled as Fluttershy backed away from her.

"Nightfire? I thought.... I thought you were DEAD!" screamed Fluttershy.

Nightfire gasped sarcastically and smiled.

"Now that's not nice to think, now is it? Especially for your friend." she chuckled.

Fluttershy glanced at the cage Twilight was trapped in. Then she looked at Nightfire.

"Let my friend go, Nightfire!" she demanded.

Nightfire chuckled evilly then slowly made her way to Fluttershy.

"I missed you, dear Flutters!" she said.

Fluttershy backed away and bit her cheek. She had to figure out a way to help Twilight.

"Let Twilight go! She didn't do anything." Fluttershy pleaded.

Nightfire smiled smugly.

"Twilight will be fine. For now, we can just talk. Besides, you are probably wondering where I came from and how I got here." she said.

That was true. Fluttershy seemed like a mess when Nightfire first threatened Equestria. She hated her more than anything. But, she was curious about how Nightfire was able to come back to Ponyville undetected.

"Yes." Fluttershy said.

Nightfire smiled winningly and walked next to Fluttershy.

"No need to be shy around me!" she said innocently.

Fluttershy got irritated by her stalling.

"Just tell me how you got here, you... you....you BEAST!" she shouted.

Nightfire smiled evilly.

"Let's just say I ran away until the heat banged down, walked back here, and found this sweet castle." she said proudly.

Fluttershy scrambled out of Nightfire's arm and scooted in front if her.

"Wait, the guards were told to keep you out of this castle. How did you get past them?" Fluttershy asked, suspiciously.

"I wore a hood and told them I was a stranger in need for a talk with the princess." she answered, glancing at Twilight.

Fluttershy was lost for words. Nightfire had a splendid way to do everything without any help.

"So, are you happy? Can you let me out of this cage now?" begged Twilight.

Nightfire glared at her. Then walked to the cage. Suddenly she used her horn to carry the cage and threw it against the castle wall. The cage smashed in a million pieces, then Twilight fell on the ground.

"TWILIGHT!!!!!!" screamed Fluttershy.  She ran over to her friend. Twilight looked terrible. Her horn was bent, her hooves were dripping with blood, her eyes were bloodshot, and most of her teeth were gone. Fluttershy felt the sting of her tears on her face. She was angry. She was horrified. She was frustrated. She was enraged.

"You.......you.........hurt her. You hurt my friend. How dare you? HOW DARE YOU?!!! YOU.........MONSTER!!!!!!" Fluttershy screamed. She flew across the room and tackled Nightfire. She was about to kick when suddenly a huge bubble of magic tightened around her. The bubble was hard as rock and Fluttershy couldn't break out.
