The beginning of everything

I was so afraid, I was now going to attend high school for the first time and I know its supposed to be something good but this school is known for its reputation of being bad, it was on the news countless times and not for the good stuff. As i finished putting on my school uniform my mind changed about the school cause I looked so great. Now that I'm walking to school and I have reached the final corner my mind had a sudden change again. I turned around and walked in circles trying to regain my courage but it just wouldn't happen. Five minutes after, I saw a group of kids wearing the same school uniform as I was, so I turned around and walked slowly in front of them. I was walking so slow hoping they would past me and be the ones leading but the slower I walked the slower they walked. As I reached the gates of that horrid school they were a lot of kids who were watching me and for what reason i didn't know why. Then by the steps facing the main gate of the school i saw some of my old friends from the primary school I attended talking, laughing and they were even running around the steps like they had ants in there pants. I thought to myself what's wrong with these guys don't they know anything about this school and it's many dangers or are there bodies possessed by one of the schools ghost that I heard about, i wanted to know so I walked to them with the intention to ask them what's wrong but after all the greetings I got from them I forgot what I was going to ask.When the bell of the school rang we had general Assembly and the older students attending the school gave all the new comers a warm welcome,at that precise moment I new that the school wasn't as bad as it was proven to be.
