Winter at Cabin, Year 5 {Not Edited}

*Age 15. Winter, Year 5 at Cabin. Kloet's POV*

"Kloet..." Niall's voice groaned.

"What Niall?" I groaned, sitting up and rubbing my eyes.

"You kicked me in the stomach and I think I heard something." He muttered, sitting up with me.

"Sorry and it's probably a bird or something." I shrugged letting out a yawn and getting out of my sleeping bag.

"But it sounded like something fell..." He told me and got out of his sleeping bag too.

"Do you want me to go check?" I asked him, smiling.

"Let's just go check it out but if it's a bear or something and we die i'm blaming you since it was your idea to sleep outside in a tent." He muttered.

"It's winter, bears are hibernating idiot." I laughed and zipped up my jacket and pulled on my boots, Niall copying my actions.

I unzipped the tent and stuck my leg out.

"Hurry up! Your arse is in my face." He laughed, I rolled my eyes and climbed out slowly. I looked around but couldn't see anything.

"There's nothing Niall, what a wimp." I laughed about to climb back in but he pulled me back out.

"What Niall?" I asked him, crossing my arms over my chest.

"I swear I just saw something move in the bus-" He was saying and then we heard a loud noise.

"W-what w-was t-that..." I stuttered, getting scared and clung to Niall.

"Get in the tent, get in the tent!" Niall shrieked and pushed me aside and climbed in before me, I quickly jumped in and zipped it up.

"Gee thanks for letting me go in first Mr. Manly Man." I rolled my eyes.

"Shut up, do you wanna make a run for it and into the cabin?" He asked me, rolling up his sleeping bag.

"Fine, you're such a baby." I laughed.

"If i'm the baby why did you cling to me out there?" He smiled, raising his eyebrow.

"Well i'm a girl, I can be scared without being a baby." I giggled, knowing I didn't make much sense.

"C'mon, let's go. We can just camp out in the living room where it's safer and warmer." He whispered and grabbed my sleeping bag. I zipped open the tent and looked back at him.

"Ready?" He nodded and I jolted out and ran, not caring if Niall was behind me or not. I raced through the forest and jogged up the stairs and opened up the cabin door. I looked out the door and Niall wasn't there.

I was about to shut it until I heard a shriek, Niall. My eyebrows furrowed together and I let out a breath.

"Niall?!" I yelled, walking onto the porch and shutting the door behind me. I walked further down the steps and a smile plastered my face and I started to laugh.

"What happened to you?" I choked out, he was covered in snow.

"S-shut u-u-up." His teeth chattered as we both walked up the steps and into the cabin. I brushed off the snow on his shoulders and head. His cheeks and nose were a light red, he looked sorta cute.

"Take off your boots and jacket, and go sit down by the fire. I'll go get use some blankets and pillows." I whispered to him and walked over to the closet and pulled out a pile of blankets and pillows. I couldn't see anything with all the pillows and blankets in my face but I managed to walk.

I threw the pillows and blankets on the floor once I felt the carpet between my toes.

"Help me set it up." I told him and pushed the pillows aside and grabbed the blankets. He nodded and grabbed a blanket and we both set it all up on the floor.

"Wanna watch a movie? I can grab my dads laptop." Niall asked me, I shrugged, he just walked over to the dinning table and picked up the laptop and picked up a movie from the stand full of movies.

I sat down on the floor and brought a blanket up to my chest. Niall walked over and sat down next to me, pulling on some blanket.

"What movie is it?" I asked him and leaned over to see the DVD.

"Elf?" I asked.

"Yeah, it's a funny movie. Have you seen it before?" He asked, I shook my head 'no'.

"You have to watch it, it's hilarious!" He cheered loudly, I clamped my hand to his mouth and shushed him, he bit my finger and I pulled my hand away and glared at him. He clicked his fingers on the key board a few times before sliding in the disk and getting comfortable.

I hesitantly laid my head on his shoulder and looked at the screen. Niall put his arm on my shoulder and clicked the play button. The trailers started to play but my eyes were already getting droopy.

"You look tired, do you just wanna go to sleep? We can watch the movie tomorrow?" Niall asked, looking down at me, I nodded and sat up. He shut the laptop and put it aside. We both just sat there, I didn't feel like laying down yet.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" He laughed, I blinked and looked away blushing.

"Kloet, can I ask you something?" He asked in a shaky voice, I turned towards him and nodded. I sat criss cross with my hands in my lap.

"You don't have to say yes." He informed me, I gulped and nodded my head for him to continue.

"This isn't quite romantic but, w-will you be my g-girlfriend?" He asked, fiddling with his fingers, his face red.

"What?" I gasped.

"Never mind, it's stupid, sorry. Let's go to sleep." He muttered quickly, about to lay down.

"It's not stupid, Niall. I'd love to be you're girlfriend, it just shocked me that you would ask me." I smiled, hugging him tightly. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tighter.

We both pulled apart and Niall looked down at my lips and back at me, I nodded giving him a smile and we both leaned in and kissed. This time I wasn't shocked or anything and moved my lips along with his.

"Are we going to tell our parents? Mum said I couldn't date till I was sixteen, i'm fifteen." I smiled, pulling apart.

"We'll figure it out." He chuckled and we both laid down, I snuggled into Niall and fluttered my eyes close, thinking of what had just happened.

I've decided that every chapter will be two pages long, cause I don't want to have too much in one chapter c;

BTW, this is a short story so it will be ending soon, sorreh :'c
