We are them

Stand in this empty world

Looking to shift the blame

We point our fingers

We say their name

We say we hate them

They tell us what to do

How to look, to feel

They think they know you

Society is a trash

They run our lives

Think they know best

You don't realise

We are our society

We're that screaming voice

That judging look

That leave people no choice

We say we hate what they do

That it's a horrible thing

Make us feel worthless

With expectations they bring

But we are them

The people we hate

The knife in our back

That leave us no fate
