Violet backed up into a wall. Jefferson smacked her across the face. Violet fell a bit. He smirked.
"You're worthless," he told her.
"You should have been the one that died"
"Stupid" and other insults. Besides him saying that he would smack her, kick her, and any other from of physical violence. By the time he was done beating her she had more scars and bruises on her body. Her hoodie was torn and had blood soaking it. Finally Jefferson was done beating her. It was the worst beating she had gotten so far. Jefferson left her on the floor.
Using the strength she had left Violet stood up and opened the door. Then she ran. Not really caring about the pain in her body,or the fact that she was seeing red. Finally she made it to an alley way. There she fell unconscious.
~??? POV~
I was walking home after a long day. It usually doesn't bother me but tonight was different. I mostly looked at the ground while walking then I noticed something. Blood. There was blood staining the sidewalk in a trail. I followed the blood trail to an alley way and found a girl with blonde hair laying unconscious. I noticed her clothes were torn and bloody. I quickly picked the lass up and headed home.
'who could have done this to her?' was the only thing that ran through my mind.
