Shame

a poem about a victor

I am known for my fame.

I don't want it to be my name.

I think it's a shame to have my kind of fame.

I used to live in the sugar canes,

Before I was in the Hunger Games.

My people used to be afraid of the rainy red robin.

People used to say I had lots of brains,

Now, it seems like it only rains.

I was always called very vain Vincent.

Excuse me if the name is lame.

It's a shame that I killed Jane.

They pulled her body up with a crane, poor Jane.
