"Bye mom," Julie says hugging her mom.
"Bye sweetie. Be safe," her mother whispers before letting her go.
"Don't worry, I have Ed and Tina with me."
"Flight C125 is now boarding. Flight C125 is now boarding," the voice over the intercom says.
"That's me," Julie says wiping a tear away. Her mother is now crying. "Don't worry, it'll only be a month." She wipes away her mother's tears. "Bye mom, I love you." She gives her one last hug before walking towards the gate. Before she enters, she turns around and waves. Her mother mouths the words 'I love you' before Julie boards the plane.

Julie's POV
"I can't believe I slept for most of the flight," I mumble to myself before I grab my backpack and head out of the plane. As I make my way to luggage return, I notice a sign with my name on it. The closer I gets, I can tell that the person has my luggage already. 'How does that person know what my luggage look like?' I think to myself. Once I get close enough, I realize who's holding the sign. "Ed!" I scream running toward him.
He removes the sign and opens his arms. I jump into his arms as he spins me around. "Nice to see you too Julie," Ed says putting me down.
"Where's Tina?" I ask.
"She has class, but she should be home around the time we get there," he replies grabbing my luggage.
We start walking towards the car and start catching up on life.
"So how's uni?" I ask as we get to the car.
"It's great. Better than last year," Ed replies putting my luggage into the trunk. "How's high school?" he asks as we get into the car.
"Still rocks and sucks like last year in middle school," I reply.
"How are you handling the bullies?"
"Ignoring them like last year. It's a good thing that most of my friends are guys so I don't have to deal with so much drama." We continue to drive and talk about what we've been doing for the past year.
"Well my channel has blown up and has almost a million subscribers," I say.
"Last time I checked it was at a million," Ed replies.
"Really?" I ask excitedly.
"Really, go look."
I take out my phone to look. 1,002,369 subscribers. Wow.
"I have to do a video saying thanks," I say.
"Well you can do some of it in here. We just hit traffic," Ed says. I go through my backpack and grab my flip camera.
"Do you want to be in it?" I ask Ed.
"Sure," he says.
-Video starts-
Julie: Hey guys, so today I'm joined with one of my best friends in the whole world, Ed Kahel.
Ed: Hi guys.
Julie: So right now we're stuck in traffic coming home from the airport because I'm in Australia as you guys know. Well, Ed just told me that I reached over a million subscribers so I'm really excited to see what the future holds for me.
Ed: The future looks bright for her especially since Reece Mastin knows about her.
Julie: WAIT WHAT! Reece Mastin knows about me?
