Chapter 2

Cole's POV (Not IM5 Cole)

Why couldn't anything be like last year? Why did I have to be so stupid and end things with her? I could have been with her right now, having my arm around her, hugging her, and kissing her. Why am I such an idiot? Why did I break up with her? I thought it was to stop hurting her, but it's not working out. I can still see the pain in her eyes. I still love her and I know it. It's pretty obvious that she still has feelings for me too, yet we both deny it.

"Hey," a voice says snapping out of my thoughts. I look up to see four boys standing by us. They sound like they're from Australia too. "Is this the dance room?"

"Yeah," I reply. "Why?"

"We were told to meet Julie here," another one of the boys say.

"Well, she should be here soon," PJ tells them. They nod, hanging around us for now. I sit down next to PJ. I grab out my phone, looking though pictures from last year. We looked so happy together. 

"You guys were so cute together," PJ says to me.

"Thanks," I reply putting my phone away. 

"You guys came!" I hear Julie's voice call. I look up to see the boys hug her. 

"Of course we came," one of them says.

"We promised you we would," another one says. I get up and look back between everyone, giving Julie a strange look.

"Oh," she says noticing our expressions. "5 Seconds of Summer, this is Cole, Carlos, Ivan, PJ, and Joel. Boys, this is Ashton, Luke, Michael, and Calum." She points each of us out. We all exchange hello's and get in a conversation with them.

"Julie?" I hear one of them say to her. I believe his name is Luke.

"What Lukey?" she asks in a teasing tone. I mentally laugh at how much she loves to tease people. 

"You know I hate being called that," he says.

"I know," she replies. "Anyways, what did you want to ask me?"

"Well," he says looking nervously. Why does he look nervous? "Do you think we can go somewhere away from everyone really quick? It's sort of something I wanted to talk to you about alone." Wait a minute. The way he's looking at her. It's the same way I look at her. What! He can't be asking her out now.

"Umm," she starts. Quick, I have to interrupt.

"Julie, you still have to teach us something so we don't get in trouble," I say cutting her off.

"Oh right," she says looking at me. "Just give me a minute." I nod, giving Luke a glare turning my attention back to the other guys. "Do you think we can do it later? I really don't want to get them in trouble." I hear her say.

"Sure," he says.

"Okay," she smile. I notice her turn around to look at us guys. "ONWARD INTO THE DANCE ROOM!"

I laugh at the tone she used to say that. We all enter the dance room, getting everything situated.

"So, what do you want to work on?" PJ asks.

"I'm not sure yet," she replies. She turns towards the 5SOS boys. "Two questions. One, are you guys performing with us?"

"Do you want us to?" Luke asks.

"Of course," she says. "As long as it's okay with you guys."

"Anything for you Julie," Michael says.

"You guys are the best," she says. "Oh, and two, are Kylie and Jazmine coming?"

"Umm, why?" Calum asks.
