The Mate (sorry the first three chapters got deleted)

The Welcoming back Party

That night the whole pack was there including some of my friends that live in a different state.

"AMY!!!" Someone screamed then I was on my back on the floor.

"Ow. Now my head hurts." I said as I rubbed the back of my head with one hand and with the other pushed Tory of me.

"Sorry I just got exited cuz I haven't seen you in forever." she said with a smile.

"Its only been a week." said Zack, he was sitting on the floor next to me.

"Oh ya, you haven't been much better Zack so shut up."

"What was he doing?" I asked Tory cuz I knew Zack wouldn't tell me right now I front of the pack.

"He was always in his room cr- but the rest of her words were muffled by zacks hand.

"Eww." Zack said and pulled his hand away and wiped it on his pants. "don't do that, that's gross."

"Then don't put your hand on my mouth while I'm trying to explain something to your mate." she said with a glare pointed at Zack.

He just crosses his arms. then once Tory started talking again he hurried and covered my ears.

"Zack," I said as I pulled his hands away and intertwined then so he couldn't do it again, "stop."

I turned to Tory and she started talking.

"Anyways as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted was that Zack would stay in his room and we all could hear him crying and saying it was his fault that you are gone, that he wouldn't see you again. then we heard something hit the wall and I ran up there and one of his basketball trophies was across the room from where he normally keeps them. He would only come out if his room to eat and since he has a bathroom in his room we rarely saw him.

I looked over at Zack and he was looking at our intertwined fingers. "why did you think you wouldn't see me again?"

"Because I could feel when he would hurt you through the mate bond and I..."

"You what? Zack?" I was a little concerned now.

"I just thought he would hurt you to the point where you would die from it." when he looked back up at me his eyes had in ahead tears in them.

"Zack, I let go of his hands and hugged him, I would always fight especially if I knew you were still alive. I need you like air to breath. I love you." by the time I had finished taking it was only me and Zack sitting on the floor. I was glad they knew when two mates had to talk stuff out without an audience.

Zack finally looked me in the eyes. "I love you too and if I ever get my hands on the man that took you I will kill him." he said with a serious face.

there's the Zack I knew and loved the most, but it's always good to see him cry sometimes. it means that he's not just all mr. tough guy. it means in school he all tough but around his friends, family and pack and especially me he's a big softy.

"I'm not a big softy!" he said, staring at me.

He's so cute when he's defensive.

"I'm not cute either, I'm an alpha I'm strong and you should be afraid of me!" he teased.

I just laughed at him and started to get up but was brought back to the floor. as my back hit the floor Zack started tickling me.

"Z-Zack st-stop that p-please." I said between my laughter.

"Not until you tell me I'm not cute and I'm the strongest sexiest man to ever walk the earth." He said with a smirk.

"I-I've seen c-cuter boys before" I said just teasing but also trying to make him stop.

He stopped for a second then he continued. "that's not true and you never answered me am."

"Stop."

"Nope."

"Okay okay you are the s-strongest and the sexiest m-man to ever w-walk the e-earth." I said in one breath.

"Well that wasn't so hard no was it?" He said with a smug smirk.

"No, but you'll get it later tonight."
