Lincoln and Maddy both get in the car and go to the hospital to see Liz. They decide to have her cremated , and have her ashes put in an urn. Maddy takes Lincoln out to lunch, they go to McDonald's he gets a McDouble, she gets a salad. They don't say a word to each other, when they don't say anything until they get home. when they finally get home Maddy finally breaks the silence and says " I'm going to move in with you, I'll put the house up for sale. That way Dillon can still have a mother, you don't have to be alone, and I can talk to somebody besides my self". Lincoln simply says " sure sounds good". they go and pick Dylan up, Lincoln tells him that Elizabeth was dead and that Maddy was going to be staying with them from now on.
