Chapter 1 - Lunch

Your P.O.V

"And I expect to have your essay on Monday morning. " Professor Smith says as he packs up his bag. You always like his classes, they were never boring, always full of humor and knowledge. " Anyways, enjoy the rest of your day, class is dismissed. " Professor Smith claps his hands as the bell rings.  You get out of your chair, grab your (F/C) bag and grab your books.

"Hey! Y/N!" Sasha yells from the other side of class. " Sasha! Shut the hell up! She like right there!" Hanji yells back. "You girls just don't know how to be quite do you?" Jean asks as he stands right beside you. The pair of girls laugh and rush over to you. " Do you wanna have lunch with us?" Sasha asks. " Holy shit Sasha! It's not even 10 o'clock and your already thinking about food?" Connie asks. " Yes,  so do you?" Sasha ' s eyes light up. " Yeah, why not?" You smile and walk your way out of class. " Oh I can think of many reasons. " Jean mumbles.  " Hey! Don't talk out me that way." Sasha fake cries. " Tch. Brat. Can't you just calm down and shut the hell up?" Levi asks as he walks past you guys.

"What class do you have next, Y/N?" Marco questions as he rushes to tour side. " I have social with Connie, Levi and Hanji, what about you?" You ask Marco in return. " Oh, I have gym with Jean and Armin. Not my favorite class but it'll do. Anyways, Bye!" Marco waves as he turns a corner.  " I should go with him, bye guys!" Jean and Armin turn the corner as the rest walk to social.

You have a seat next to Mikasa Ackerman, you too have talked briefly but you've hung out with her or anything like that. She normally talks with Armin and Jaeger, but that's beside the point. " Good day class,  today I have a new assignment for you today. You will be pairing up," You and Connie make eye  contact and nod your heads. " I will choosing your partners for this project. Okay, Christa and Ymir, Bertoit  and Reine, Levi and Hanji, Y/N and... oh Eren." You didn't hear anything else. You also spit out you water over Petra ' s back. " Hey? What was that all about?" Petra asks with an emphasis on what. " I'm sorry about that, um,  here let me help you." You rush to the back of the class and grab a bunch of paper towel. You hand them all to Petra. She looks at you I disgust.
" Well what am I supposed to do? It's on my back ,clean it!" She says sharply. Your E/C widen as you pat Petra ' s back with the towel. " Hey asshat,  why not be a little nicer to her okay?" Levi slams his hand on Petra ' s desk. Petra turns a bight red. " O-Okay Levi... I'm sorry.  It's fine Y/N, I'll clean it. " She smiles so bright. You know she likes Levi, but holy shit. They say you shouldn't change for someone, clearly no told her that. " Hey! Are you Y/N? Sorry, we just never talk that's all. " You hear a voice from behind you. Eren Jaeger. He has shaggy brown hair, beautiful teal eyes and tan skin that suits him perfectly. " Yup! That's me!" You extended your hand to shake hands. You move a piece of Y/H/C out behind your ear. "So let's get started. " Eren smiles as he pulls up a chair and sits at your desk.

"You should have seen it! Hanji got the substance all over her, it was so funny. " Sasha laugh as her took a bite of her sandwich. " Cool, hey you should have seen Y/L/N and Jaeger.  They were sitting together and it was adorable. " Connie chuckled.
" WHAT?! YOU AND JAEGER?!" Hanji yells as Sasha ' s mouth is wide open.
" Close your mouth. You could catch a fly." Levi says as he sits down.

" Thank for your input,  short stuff. " Hanji giggles then Levi leans across the table to smack her. " Don't fucking call me that again shitty glasses or so help me." Levi glares at Hanji as she just smiles. Marco and Jean walk over to your table talking about something.
" Oh yeah, well I 'll never be half the man you are!" Jean laugh as he takes a seat on Levi's right. " Stop that Jean!" Marco asks.

" What? I don't get it?" You ask. You were pretty new to the group of friends. Jean goes on to tell that one time when him and Marco had a sleep over,  Jean had a dream we Marco got cut in half so it's been an ongoing joke even seen. You chuckle at the boys.

You look around the café. Hanji and Sasha were laughing at Levi, who had whip cream on the tip of his nose. Connie was talking with Marco and Jean about sports and guy stuff. You look at the door and see a familiar face come into the café. He runs his hand though his brown hair.

" Hey, Y/N! Is that your lover boy?" Sasha says just loud for Eren to hear it.  You step on her foot as she cries in pain. Eren looks at you and winks, then walks up stairs.

" What the hell just happened? " You asks. Hanji smirks then responses.

" I think Y/N~ chan has a crush on Eren~kun." Levi rolls his eyes.
