Michael: In Lucifer's cage,( Lucifer was not happy) and Michael's office right before Raphael walked in. (It was a close call), the training room for angels.(where they learn to fight. Poor Zachariah walked in on it.)
Lucifer: An airplane, and the roof, and the white house.
Gabriel: A movie theater, a high school locker room.
