You Can Never Turn Back

Chapter 10

"You can do this, you can do this..." Ramona thought repeating those words in her head. "Just focus, just focus." Taking deep breath and closing her eyes. She focus her mind to transform herself into a full wolf. As she open her eyes again, nothing. Nothing happen. Ramona sigh, she look up at the Red moon. "Come on, Ramona. You can do this." She close her eyes once more and concentrate on what she wants to be. She open her eyes again to see that she had fully transform into a wolf. Ramona gave a smile to herself. She look straight up ahead and went straight to where the competition took place. Ramona run as fast her four legs could take her.

Ramona had reach the entrance. It was covered up by boulders. Blocking the entrances for everyone, but there was a small tunnel big enough to fit a big dog. Ramona walk over through the entrance. As she got at the end of it. She transform back to her human form. She look at the palm her hands and smile. "I did it. I finally did it." As she look up from her hands and saw a hundreds of werewolves with there pack or with their friends. Ramona scan the room to find her father but she didn't. But something did caught her eye. She saw her sister. Her white hair looking fierce and flowing almost all over her, her golden eyes, her mouth giving everyone a grin and her ears expose to everyone not caring who might judge her. But what actually mostly caught eye is that her sister was talking to a group of werewolves with ease. It was strange for Ramona. She would always see her sister sometimes alone and rarely communicate with people and not the Cerise she once knew when she was a kid. But this Cerise standing over there was the Cerise she once knew. A very brave Cerise, not afraid to do what she wants to do and always taking risk. Yes this was the big bad Cerise.

Then someone had their hands around Ramona and place their head on top of Ramona's. Which had surprise her "Why hello there, ears."

"Oh it's you." Ramona said.

"That isn't the way to greet an old friend, especially to your own wolf friend and probably your only friend."

"For your information, Khons, I do have other friends." Ramona said.

"Really." He raise one of his eyebrow. "So tell me who they are?" Curios on what she might said.

"Gladly." Ramona said, thinking who might be her friend in ever after high. 'There's Faybelle but we only talk occasionally mostly during home evilnomics but other than that we don't talk much outside of class. Probably Rosabella, She's always there to help me using her big beautiful brain which is inside her beautiful face and her brown eyes staring into mind.' Distracted by her thoughts, the tall wolf with dark red hair standing right in front of her, waved his hand in front of her face.

"Hey Ears, your still in there right." Waving his hand.

"Of course I'm here and stop calling me Ears." Removing his waving hand away from her face.

"You have friends or not?" He smile confidently. Knowing the answer.

"Rosy." she quickly said. "Rosy is my friend."

"Oh really. So she's not your girlfriend." He said

Ramona blush of the word girlfriend."What are you talking about?"

"I see how you look at her. You like her."

"No I don't." Denying the fact that she does like her. "And stop spying on me."

"I can't help it, your life seem so interesting. But I was right you barely have friends." He said. "You and your sister are quite alike, you know."

Ramona eyes turned into gold. she quickly grab his collar and push him into the closes tree. "Don't you dare compare me to her." Not realizing people had quickly look at their direction. Ramona quickly drop Khons down before walking away from the scene.

Ramona went to the darkest part of the area and just stared at the other wolves with their pack.

"Well you totally change. You weren't that strong during 6th grade."

6th grade was the grade where Ramona started to go to beast spellementary school. Where mostly all the ogers, beast, wolves and any other creatures you could fine in the dark forest. She was actually afraid to get inside of the school grounds. There are lots of creature she haven't quite seen yet. But her dad said not to show fear to anyone mostly to the one you think would be a threat. Easy for him to say. Ramona was a bit of scardey cat. But she had no choice but obey his order. The young hybrid went inside of tye school putting on a brave face but inside she was scared. As she was walking down the school corridor. She took notice that some beast was looking at her.

Ramona walk into her first class. She sat at the very end and there she had met Khons. His red hair covered with his hat. He then took notice of Ramona.

"Hey aren't you supposed to be a hood?" He said bluntly. Ramona started to panic.

"Of course not." She quickly said. Sweat started to drip down her face. That this boy she had just met had known her family secret.

"Yes you are. I saw you a month ago with a girl that almost look like you in the dark forest." He said. "You then took your hood off and went to the wolf village."

"Shhh." Ramona said placing her finger on her lips. "Pls don't tell anyone. If you do me and my family would be in big bad trouble." She pleaded, hoping that this boy would not tell.

"Sure, my name's Khons Moon. Weird name I know." He introduced himself.

"Ramona Ho.." she stop almost realizing her mistake. "Badwolf." She said.

And there they started to became friends. But as months had pass some people started to make fun of Ramona. That she was weird because she has wolf ears.

"Hey fuzzy ears." One of the ogers said. "Why don't you turn them into normal one. It look so weird." He said hurting Ramona's feeling.

Ramona would run away from them and hide at the back of the school and just cry. Khons was always there to comfort her. Some people would play pranks on her and tell that she was the weirdest person they know. As this went on. Ramona ask her dad that she would be homeschooled and that her Grandpa would be the one to teach her. Big agree with her decision. Khons would normally visit her to play.

"Can you not remind of my past." She said leaning on a tree.

"I'm just saying that you totally change this past to years we haven't met. And it seems like you finally know how to control your wolf transformation."

"Not yet."

A sound of a whistle had been heard and then a howl. Both of them look at each other and then smile. Knowing on what's gonna happen next.
