jealousy

Apparently a number of things can change in the space of 3 months. Me and Colby made our relationship official, after the 3rd date. He admitted he has feelings for me, which I replied with the same. Do I like him? Yes. Do you think we should of waited longer before making it official? Yes.

Nikki lost her Divas title to Charlotte. To be honest I wasn't too worked up about it as I've never liked the title.

Fergal and Mercy broke up. I wasn't too surprised to see Mercy on my doorstep in tears whilst the rain poured down on her. After a huge argument Fergal broke up with her, but I believe it was for the best.

And that leaves us to today. I was standing backstage at the guerrilla waiting to be given my cue to walk out. I had a match against Charlotte, and Paige, Becky, Nikki and Brie were banned from ringside.

"You got this Dani." Brie said encouragingly. She knows I get pretty nervous before my matches, as does Nicole.

"Can you believe Stephanie wants me to feud with Charlotte for the title?" I said in disbelief.

"That's a bad thing?" Nikki asked.

I nodded aggressively. "I don't want that title. Never do, never will. Bring back the Womens Title, then I'll consider it."

"Get ready Dani." One of the stage directors said. I nodded and quickly hugged Nicole and Brie. I stood outside the curtain, waiting for my que.

"Go Dani!"

I walked out, and the crowd roared with excitement. Our feud has been pretty entertaining so far, and the WWE Universe thinks so too.

I done the booty shake at the top of the ramp before walking down towards the ring, clapping fans hands on the way. I flipped over the ropes and got right in Charlottes face, but the referee pulled me back into my corner. I stared down at Charlotte before the ref signalled for the bell.

I turned out victorious at the end of the match. I walked backstage and was congratulated by many people.

"Awesome match tonight," Mercy said as she hugged me. "The women's revolution is just beginning!"

I walked over to the locker room with my sisters, and was met with Fergal who was standing outside the door. I turned to my sisters.

"I'll see you guys later." I said. They smiled and walked into the locker room. I turned to face Fergal.

"What's up?" I asked him. He was looking at his hands, biting his lip; something I know he does when he's nervous.

"Can I talk to you? Privately?" He asked, looking up at me finally. I nodded, and I followed him down the corridor into the Male Talent Locker Room.

"How have you been? Y'know, since what happened.."

"I've been alright," He replied, smiling slightly. "You've helped me a lot, so thanks."

"It's fine," I said. "Anyway, what did you wanna talk about?"

He sighed deeply, before looking at me. "Please don't take this this the wrong way, but I don't think you and Colby should be together."

I froze, staring at him in disbelief. Was he for real?

"Look, you saw what happened with me and Mercy, how we rushed into our relationship, and look where we are now! I don't want the same thing to happen to you."

"The same thing won't happen because me and Colby are happy together," I fired back. "I don't understand why your suddenly so concerned about my relationship."

"All I'm doing is looking out for a friend. A good friend," he replied calmly. "I think you should break it off with him."

"And I think you should mind your own business!" I shouted, not able to hold back my anger. "You know what this comes down to Fergal? Jealousy. Ever since you called me beautiful I've known that you like me, and now you can't take the fact that I'm with Colby and not you!"

I couldn't stop those words from slipping out of my mouth. Fergals mouth turned into a perfect 'O', and he ran out quickly without saying anything.

I immediately regretted what I said. I ran out a few seconds after he left, running down every corridor, but Fergal was no where to be found.

I turned a corner and bumped into someone. My vision was blurred with tears so I couldn't see who it was.

"Dani babe, are you ok?"

Colby's voice instantly reassured me. I threw myself around him and hugged him tightly. He hesitated at first, but he returned the hug, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"What happened?" He asked soothingly. He pulled apart and wiped my tears.

"I-I just had an argument with Fergal, and I regret what I said and now I can't find him and I feel so bad and I-"

I was cut off with Colby's finger being pressed to my lips. "It's ok, babe. I'll take you home, and we can talk about it then, okay?"

I didn't want to talk about it, but the sternness in his voice proved that I had no choice. He held me close as he walked me through the corridors out into the parking lot.

I felt terrible for shouting and Fergal like that. Sometimes, when I hold back my anger, I say stuff I don't mean.

I tried to text Fergal in the car journey home, but he wouldn't pick up. I felt so guilty. Not only because I felt bad for shouting at him like that, but also because I think Fergal was right.
