My head was throbbing from the pull of my high, tight ponytail. I heard the crowd cheer loudly from the stadium as the quarterback made a touchdown for our team. We were nearing the end of the fourth quarter.

"Ready begin!" I Yelled. We broke out into our cheer, ending with me flying in the air doing a high kick, and landing safely in the arms of my squad. We all got on our cheer boxes and faced the game. I, being head cheerleader, had the highest cheer box. I looked out into the field to see the quarterback, my boyfriend named Ryan, smiling at me before getting back to the game. Suddenly the scene changed. A women with the same blonde hair as me and a man with my eyes, were standing there smiling in my direction. It was just a flash and then I was back at the game. Instead of me on my cheer box, I was laying on the ground with my two Co-captains, Avery and Brooke, hovering over me. I sat up to find Ryan, the principal, Coach Johnson, and the athletic trainer surrounding me. My head started spinning so I layed back down while closing my eyes.

"Marissa I need you to keep your eyes open for me." Coach Johnson demanded. I opened my eyes and glared at her. I sat up again, with Ryan supporting my back.

"What happened?" I asked slightly confused. Avery and Brooke explained that I fell straight off my cheer box and hit my head. I looked around me and saw that the other team has left and so has most of the crowed.

"How long have I been out?"

"Only about 7 to 8 minutes." Brooke responded to my question. I was then engulfed in a hug by my parents. They started asking a bunch of questions all at once.

"Mom...Dad .... I'm fine, really I am." I tried calming them down. I tried getting up stumbling a little bit, Ryan was instantly at my side. I smiled gratefully up at him. I looked at my parents.

"I don't think I'm in any condition to drive home, right now, and I promised Brooke and Avery a sleepover tonight" I said

"I'll drive Marissa home, Mr. Harris if you would like to drive Marissa's car home." Ryan offered to my dad.

"That would be great. Thank you Ryan." My mom responded

I looked two my two best friends with a guilty small smile on my face, "Can we reschedule" I asked the girls in front of me, while grabbing Ryan's hand and leaning into him to keep myself from falling over.

"Yes, Girl. No problem. Get some sleep." Brooke responded. They both gave me a hug and said get well. They left to the student parking lot, where there cars were parked. I looked to the athletic trainer and asked if I could go. He said yes, with instructions to get some sleep and drink lots of water. He said that if my headache comes back to take some medicine. The principal asked to speak to my parents and my coach in the coaches office.

"Honey go home, and get some rest, We will be there in a bit." She told me then turned to Ryan, "Can you stay with her until we get home? Just to make sure she doesn't fall again." She asked worry laced in her voice.

"Ya, Sure. No problem Mrs. Harris." He answered. Ryan dropped my hand as my mom hugged me and kissed my cheek, saying 'I love you'. So did my dad. I looked over at Ryan and grabbed his hand back again and we walked in silence to the locker rooms to get our stuff. I stopped in front of the boys locker room so he could get his stuff and change. He was reluctant to leave me alone, but I insisted. He was done and out in about five minutes. I checked to make sure there was nobody in the girls locker room before grabbing his hand and leading him in. I opened my locker, grabbed my cheer bag and backpack. I turned to Ryan seeing he had his hand out beckoning me to give him my stuff. I smiled, handed him my bags and grabbed my I-Phone. We walked out of the perfume smelling locker room and we made our way to his truck. He helped me up into the truck and shut my door. He got in and started the car. He turned to me and asked,
