Justice:
It's August. The kids first day of school is today. The babies are in preschool still but McKena is a freshman. La Push High School will be perfect for her. It was perfect for me. It's small, she'll fit in, the Quileute legends are common here.
"Jacob!" I yell.
He runs upstairs right as the game room sofa is about to squash me.
"How the hell did you manage this?" He laughs, pushing the sofa up the stairs.
"You know, I really thought that I could get it upstairs without your help." I tell him.
"You're five feet tall and barely weigh a hundred pounds, you really thought you could push a four hundred pound sofa up a flight of stairs?" He laughs.
"Never say never." I smile.
Jake skillfully pushes the couch up the rest of the stairs and into the game room.

"So one room down, like seven to go." I groan.
Jake wraps his arms around my waist and gently kisses my neck, "A couple hours until the kids get out of school..."
"No Jake! I promised them their rooms would be done by the time they got home! We only have a few hours!" I squeal and grab his hand, pulling him to the endless amount of boxes in our hallway.
"JJ!" Jake groans, "I love our children, I really do, but we haven't been alone since before McKena."
"After the rooms. I'll ask Emily to pick up the kids after school." I tell him, kissing his lips.
"Fine." He pouts.
I call Emily and ask her to pick up the kids and she invites us over for dinner, I tell her of course we'll be there.
We finish McKena's room first. That poor kid hates life and hates her parents even more.
