Chapter 14 A different Maya dreams

Maya's POV.
As I was walking I was following a little girl in a corn field and I couldn't control what I was doing it was like I was paralyzed but I was walking and when we stopped the little girl turned around in her little white dress and when she turned around I wanted to scream but I couldn't all I could do was walk and look her presence even shook me before I saw the most horrible face my face the little girl was me but her face was burned one side of her face had bruised scars and cut marks and the other side of her face was almost burned but could see a little and when she came closer it was even harder for me to move but when she stepped closer she screamed and when I was able to scream I screamed myself out of that horrible dream to find my friends and my aunt in my room trying to wake me up but when I was about to say some thing I ran to the bathroom and locked the door and splashed water on my face and brushed my teeth and brush my hair and left to see my friends and family concerned.
Riley: Peaches are you OK
Maya: Yea I'm OK just bad dream
Riley: Maya I know its not true
Maya: Will you just leave me alone please!!!! As I said that I left downstairs with farkle calling my name and chasing me
Farkle: Maya wait please!!!
Maya: What farkle are you going to force me to talk to
Farkle: No I mean yes but that's beside the point what's wrong
Maya: Nothing is wrong

Maya: Please just let me be

Before she could farkle grabbed her waist and pulled her close

Before Maya could say something her friends came running down stairs

As Maya took a shower and put on some cloths she met up with the gang and sat down and they talked until smakel came in
Maya: uhh and the great smakel is here

Maya: or what "as she walked up to her"
Riley: Maya calmed down, "as she grabbed her best friend and sat her down"
Smakel: well anyway I just wanted to say here's the money from breaking your glass and plates
Maya: Even though I should just smack you and push you but I just feel sorry for you "as she snatched the envelope out of her hand"

As smakel left and and the gang ordered there smoothie the gang found some changes in Maya

Lucas: Maya you gave me a death glare you almost hurt smakel and you frisk the smoothie Lady when she didn't give you not enough strawberries in your smoothie

Maya: CAN YOU STOP FRISKING ME OVER SOME DANG ON DREAM
And when she said that she covers her mouth and looked at her Friend
Lucas: Maya we never said anything about a dream

Lucas: Maya were you friends OK and were not gonna let you slip away from us
And as Maya heard that she dumped her smoothie on Lucas
Farkle: Maya what are you doing
And Maya poured his smoothie on farkle and with that she left
Riley's: I'll get you guys some towels
As Riley came back with towels she notice something
Riley: guys here you go
Lucas&Farkle: Thxs they say in unison
Riley: You guys this isn't Maya something happen to her

Riley: wait a minute

Riley: remember when Maya was sleeping and she looked terrified and she was sweating and she looked scared

Riley: well she said it was a bad dream at first I thought it was nothing but when she screamed dream im starting to think that dream or nightmare meant something to her
Farkle: yea I notice it too when she was with me I saw fear in her eyes well let's just give her some space for now until we can give figure out how to get her to talk but for now let's give her some apace cause right now she is really angry by the tell of smoothies
Riley: your right we meet in bay window right now
As they went to Riley's bay window they started chatting about how to get Maya to say something until they found something
Riley: OK guys when I text Maya I'll lock the bay window and if she tries to escape you guys will stand there until she cracks and then we'll see
Lucas: This plan sounds weird
Farkle: yea to me too
Riley: well if you want to find something out then this the only shot we got
As they kept talking Riley got a call from a unknown so when she picked it up and put it on speaker
Riley: guys shhhh
Unknown: hello
Riley: hello who is this
Unknown: Its aunt Mel
Riley: oh hey what's wrong
Aunt Mel: well I haven't seen Maya is she with you guys shebsaid she was coming
Riley: uh no
Aunt Mel: oh well its no biggie she's probably at her cousins house
Riley: yea I'm sure
As she hung up she turned to the boys and told them the news and with that they left and when Riley or remembered something she knew where she was
Riley: guys I know where Maya is
Farkle: tree house
Lucas: wow you picked that up fast
As they ran to the treehouse they found Maya about to climb the ladder until she fail when she heard her friends
Riley: Peaches are you OK
Maya: yea I'm OK I just wanted to come here to clear my mind and now that did I'm ready to tell now
As Maya explained everything about the girl and the dream and cornfield and with the paralyzed part
Riley: oh I'm so sorry Maya
Maya: its OK
Lucas: why does it bother you though
Riley: Lucas!!!
Maya: its OK and because that girl was me
Farkle: what I thought you couldn't sew her face cause of the burnt side and bruises an marks
Maya: I know I could see her a little its just that when she turned around I thought about all the times when my mom abused me and in realized that the part of the bruises and marks was me as a little girl but I don't know what the burnt part is though
Riley: Maya I'm so sorry
Maya: its OK just feels good to get it out and I'm so sorry guys
Farkle: it's OK
Maya: OK come on guys let get out of these woods
And with that they left
