"We killed him," I finally said after we all fell to the ground from the battle,"We killed him!"
Nobody was talking or anything, we were in too much pain to say anything. We were in so much pain, I tried looking at everybody, they were all unconcious, only Dark, Anthony, Kristal, and I were awake. One by one we all became unconcious, without anything left to accomplish.
When I woke up, I was in the treehouse still as a wolf. So was everyone else. I sat up and saw Maddie still asleep. I looked outside by the creek and saw everyone else by the water. I climbed down the branch that the pack put so we can get in and out of the house.
"Hey, why aren't we human again?" I asked everyone.
They all looked at me and then looked down or away.
"We can't be human again can we?"
Anthony sighed and admitted,"No, we can't"
I tried shifting back into a human again, it didn't work. I tried again, no shift.
"I guess we can stay as a wolf pack. We are wolves, and we will survive as wolves"
Dark stood up and said,"Yes, we will. What will the humans think about it though?"
"We can just tell them that we were attacked and killed by bears," Taelor said laughing.
We all started laughing, we will always be wolves. We always were. Now we will live as wolves forever. Together as a wolf pack, we howled. We woke up Maddie with our howls.
"Hey guys, are we wolves forever now?"
I said,"We sure are!" and we all smiled.
