Fallingforyou

Pete loved rain. Everything about rain. The whispering hum as sheets of precipitation plummeted to the water-forsaken ground, the often unanticipated flashes of lightning or the rolls of ominous thunder. He loved it all. Those facts were what truly created, in his opinion, a perfect rainy atmosphere.

He also loved the fact that he could stay inside with his boyfriend, mikey , all day. They could cuddle, play Mario Kart, cook, do anything that didn't require leaving the house.

Pete was curled up on the coach silently watching a movie nuzzling his head into Mikey's neck. Suddenly mikey got up leaving pete on the couch, he looked at mikey with confusing slightly tilting his head. Mikey took his Ipod and put it on shuffle, turning it up almost full volume.

"What time you coming down?
We started losing light"

Pete's cheeks became a deep shade of red, he knew exactly what Mikey was doing, Mikey put his hand out "Dance with me Peter" he laughed a little taking the other boys hand and pulling him up,

"Don't you see me and
I think I'm falling
I'm falling for you"

He securely wrapped his arms around him with his right hand locked with his. The music began playing. They turned, dipped within the beats, they moved with every muscle of their bodies. He twirled him around within the music and looked into his deep brown eyes.

"And on this night

Maybe you change your mind"

Pete looked up as mikey slightly pulled his chin up, the big goofy smile was plastered on his face like always. He pulled him in for a hug and leaned down nuzzling his nose before pressing his lips to Pete's.  it was gentle, loving kiss,  as soon as He began kissing him back he responded by pushing him against the wall that was behind the boys, and kissed him with so much passion that he saw stars in his eyes . Pete ran his fingers through Mikey's hair and Mikey pulled him closer, before pulling away from him completely so they could catch a breath.

"Petey," Mikey whispered

"I love you."

"I love you too."
