"I love you" Carl whispered.
"How can you say that if you still love her?"
"...but that's what I feel."
"Please don't make things hard. I know that you still love the girl in your past. I'll just move on with my life. Be happy with her."
"Don't leave me Elle, please." As soon as I heard him said that my tears began to fall, and I broke down. But I still managed to say "Sure thing Carl. I'm always here for you no matter what happens." and faked a smile.
