Lightweight (A Mortal Instruments Fan-fic) SLOW UPDATES!

Sebastian

"Alec wake up!" Shouted Isabelle Lightwood. Alec Lightwood groaned sitting up in his bed, he looked up at his sister in alarm noticing she was wearing her shadowhunter gear "what is it Izzy? Is something wrong?" Asked Alec. Isabelle smiled and said "mom found where Sebastian is hiding! He's in Brooklyn! We told the clave and they are bringing some shadow hunters and the inquisitor.We're leaving to find Sebastian in about an hour, so I would get some gear on and get ready" With that said, Isabelle walked out of Alec's room, leaving him to get ready. 

Alec jumped out of bed, fetching his gear. He tried to shake the thoughts of Magnus out of his head, which rarely worked. It's been four months since they broke up and he has been pretty much miserable the whole time. 

Alec walked out of his bedroom to find Church waiting for him in the corridor "hey Church, where is everyone?" Church made a strange noise, halfway between a purr and a meow, and headed off down the corridor, He followed the cat. Church stopped at the library door , meowing and rolling on his back, waiting to be petting. Alec bent down giving the blue Persian cat a quick pet before opening the wooden Door to the library. Maryse looked up when Alec walked in "Alexander, good you're here. We are just about ready to leave," said Maryse "did you put any runes on?" 

"No not yet mother," said Alec looking over at his sister. "Can you do them Iz?". Isabelle grinned, while grabbing hold of her stele and walked over to Alec "Of course!".

The shadowhunters had made it to where Sebastian was hiding, which turned out to be a normal house on the outskirts of the city, at lease it looked normal from the outside, "Everyone ready?" Asked the Inquisitor. All the hunters nodded, looking up at the house. With a seraph blade in hand of every shadowhunter, they slowly walked to the house. 

They found the house warded and glamoured to be unseen by mundanes but no other danger. Maryse opened the door with an opening rune and pushed it wide open. They walked silently into what appears to be a living room with a kitchen attached to it. The room had a beautiful steel spiral stair case leading up to a Balcony with other rooms attached. The shadowhunters split up in small group, while the Inquisitor guarded the door they had come in. There was only 9 shadowerhunters , not counting the inquisitor- there was a group of four, a group a three and a group of two. Alec was in the two group with Jace. The four and three groups went to check the rest of the first floor, while Alec and Jace took the balcony with the three rooms. Jace and Alec were halfway up the staircase, when some shouting came from downstairs. Jace and Alec raced down the stairs only to see the three group had Sebastian by the arms, ready to kill. The Inquisitor stood in front of Sebastian "Jonathan Morgenstern, you are charged with the crimes of murdering your fellow nephilim , and helping along side Valentine Morgenstern" said the Inquisitor with an icy look in her eyes " with these crimes you are to be killed where you stand. Do you have any last words?". Sebastian tried to get his arms free but failed seeing he was out numbered very much. He stood still, looking at the Inquisitor calming. A smile tugged at the Cornering of his mouth" I regret nothing," he said "I enjoyed killing your friends and family." The inquisitor moved aside to let Maryse stand in front of Sebastian. She took out one of her seraph blades, that was in her weapons belt. "Cassiel" she named the blade. She held the seraph blade at his heart and dug it in. The smile left Sebastian's face and was replaced with a gasp, but no sound came out, only blood. Sebastian looked at Maryse with a look of shock, pain. And fear?. 

Sebastian's knee gave out and he fell to the ground, where he laid dead "that's for Max and all the other people you killed" Maryse said stiffly. 

The Inquisitor glanced at all the demon hunters "well what are you people waiting for? Check the rest of the house for anyone or thing else." The nephilim did as they were told and split back up into groups. Alec turned on his heels to follow Jace back up the staircase. The first room ended up being empty, the second room was a bedroom, which Alec guessed was Sebastian' s room. It was a total deserter, the floor was coated with clothes and a few papers here and there. 

Alec picked up a small book like thing, from what he read, it sounded like a journal Sebastian was keeping on a girl "maybe clary?" He thought to his-self. Alec closed the journal and went to check the last room. He opened door only to see a girl chained up in a corner of the room.
