Demi: I'm sorry I'm so boring.
Selena: whatevs. I'll be less bored if you switch that girl off.
Demi: firstly, he's so not a girl. Secondly, only if you make me some cocoa.
Selena: Ugh, the things I do for you.
Demi: it's because I'm bae.
Selena: omg, you're poop?
Demi: omg you suck.
Selena: whatevs. Haha
Demi: why are you even texting me? You're sitting right next to me.
Selena: because I'm ducking awesome.
Demi: ducking?! 😂
Selena: duck you.
Demi began laughing and I rolled my eyes at her.
"Stupid autocorrect." I mumbled.
I had to meet up with Mara in an hour and just hanging out with Demi, I got up to make her cocoa since it was apparently the only way to prevent myself from getting a head ache.
"Thank you." Demi smiled sweetly, finally turning off the music. I smiled and sat down. Resting my head in her lap.
"Why do I keep you around?" I asked, scowling.
"Because you love me." Demi retorted with a wink.
I grumbled, not really using any words. Demi laughed. I grabbed my phone. I had no messages and no notifications. I sighed. I really needed to get my career back on track.
"I have to go meet Mara, wanna come?" I asked Demi, giving her the puppy dog pout.
Demi winked at me.
"I'll just wait here for you to come back." She laughed.
"Fine. But no parties!" I sighed, tossing her the house keys. Let's just get this meeting over with.
