Slenderman's Test (Part 2)

In this very moment,my life is in grave peril.It is indeed the ultimate gambling in my whole life,with my LIFE on the line!My body is paralyzed by fear and I couldn't think right.And yet,I must keep myself in check.Standing in front of me is the initiator,Slenderman.

"Gotcha!What you gonna do now,Ollie? Think you can escape from me ?"

Suddenly,my brain started to functioning properly and the only thing that I can respond is," Hey Slendy! There's a bird right behind ya!"

"As if I would fall for THAT TRICK ! LET ME SHOW YOU A REAL TRICK!" Slendy suddenly warp behind me and before I could do anything,he touches my head and causes some illusion to appear in front of me.I tried to fight and barely managed to escape from Slendy's torture.I quickly flee from the scene.

I ran and ran as if I've been chase by a fast moving truck,delivering a quick death blow.I'll start searching for another momento and put that 'third' memento on hold.The main focus right now is the second floor and third floor.

Meanwhile...

"A very great job well done,Ollie!You've already making this more interesting than what I expected.Keep this up,Ollie!Just search all the momento right now until you've stuck with the last one,which I've already kept it in somewhere close and someone like you is the most unlikely to take it without proper fight."

"Remember Ollie,just considered yourself lucky because good things won't happen twice and indeed it is my warning to remind yourself how SERIOUS I am."

A sudden voice from Slendy kept echoing over and over inside my head, ringing even louder from before.I kept on resisting until I successfully step on the second floor.

This floor gives me creeps and an unfamiliar aura swaying north and forth,intimidating me with every steps taken.I know this is only a small part of the test but it's just too real!The urge of giving up is slowly overcome me,draining my energy and reducing my will to fight but then I remembered something from the past,back when I'm still the old and innocent Ollie Saunders .....

10 years ago ..

"That's enough,you've done a very good job Ollie!"

"Thanks daddy!Finally I can use daddy's stick to practise my superhero combo ! Hyahh!!"

As soon the sun sets down,we pack our belongings and return to our home.Being the only child,I've being spoiled and pampered with anything I like so I told my father to piggyback me and he's the one who carried all our things.

"Umm.. dad?May I ask a question ?"

"Yeah,what is it Ol?What concerned my little hero here?"my father reply immediately.

"What it's feels like to be a true man?"

"True man?Hmm... It's like you become a new and strong person."

"Just like Superman???"

"Yeah,but in order to become a true man you must be either talented or hardworking person."

"Talented and hardworking person?"

"Yes.But talent is not everything son,hardworking is the key to success.Just like your wooden stick training,to be a true man is to be someone who doesn't giving up even if it's against the odd.So,don't you dare to give up on anything you worked hard for!That's the way of becoming a true man!Hahaha!"

"Dad?"

"What dear?"

"Why are you laughing?Is it funny?"

"Hahaha nope.Just remember my advice and you'll be fine son!"

"I will,dad! Thanks!"

Those memories keeps coming and coming,burns up my inner strength and willpower and I barely managed to fight back the desire of wanting to gave up.

Then,I accidentally found a few signboard that says ;

Three signs comes first,
Four things will follow,
Two will quench your thirst,
The last is the most sorrow.

And another sign ,

"Trust your guts as it will open your eyes."

The rest of the sign is blurred out,so i can only read those two.I barely understood the sign,still I'll use it to guide my way through this hellish test.

The first room in the second floor.Nothing is interesting here,just a normal master bedroom on its beat-up mess.I searched up and down but nothing could be found.I proceed through the next room.Nothing is interesting either.So,I shrugged it off and start searching the next room.

Then,I realised something weird occuring to me now and then.Here in this floor,the room looked the same from one another no matter how much you look at it.It is weirdly identical.I repeated the same action over and over again but nothing out of ordinary happened.As if I'm trapped in this endless loop.It's only a matter of time before Slender catches up to me.I must figured something... FAST!

I went to the first room and start it all over again.I remembered something from the signs before to trust my guts.With my instinct guiding the way,I desperately search once again and a smile of happiness making its way to my face.I've found the fourth memento underneath some pile of rubbish inside the cupboard!(I prefer to call it fourth because the third is somewhere in the first floor)It's my.... dagger? Oh lord,this thing shouldn't be here!But,since I've already trapped in this silent killer's place,I took it and kept it for my protection.Now,for the next room.

Everything back to normal... I guess? The next room is different now,rather than before which all the room in this floor look alike.This room appeared to be some kind of art gallery,with some grotesque statue surrounding the area.Eerie painting of fantasy creature shown at every wall in this room,and some unidentified object lying scattered all over the place.

I ignored all those weird piece of arts and started my search for the mementos.As I walked towards the statue area,one particular statue,which very familiar to me,started to shining very bright.The light shone through the darkness,leaving me dumbfounded.Maybe the statue has something to do with memento?

I quickly took the mini-sized statue and the darkness slowly taking its place in the area.Then,something unthinkable happened.The room itself began shaking wildly,welcoming a very hideous creature which emerges from the depth of the darkness from this room.Figured it to be the guardian of this place,I decided to defend my life and fight this creature....
