Chapter Two

„I thought you'd be happy after all this time to see me.“ He spoke with disapointment in his voice.

I just stared at him with my eyes full of tears, clutching my fists from anger, pain and resent for him. How dares he after all he has done to this family. He just thinks one 'I'm sorry' is all it takes to undo all we went through.

„Are you going to just stand there or come in so we could talk?“

His words were pain to my ears.

I stormed past him and went directly to my room. I have no strenght or will to do this right now. My, so called, uncle decided to visit us now after we have decided that his name shall not be spoken. He must not be forgiven. The story with my uncle is just too long and painful to paraphrase at this moment, maybe along you'll find out. I've let this one go and went to check out that site Pase told me about. I made a horrible mistake with Wattpad. It swoon me of my feet. I spent the next 3 hours reading stories on it and it wasn't enough, but it started to get late and I went to bed. Next morning my maid Maria, so cliche , I know, woke me up from wonderland of dreams and pulled the curtains so rays of sunshine hit me directly in the face.

„Good morning Miss A. Did you have a nice dream?“ She asked me with a brightest smile on her face.

„It was indeed beautiful.“ I smiled at her and she left my room.

I went to the bathroom and in the speed of light got ready for school. I grabbed an apple on my way out and rushed to the limo.

„Good morning A, have you slept well?“ Greg smiled in the rearview mirror at me and started the limo.

„I've slept very well, thank you.“ I returned his smile.

„You are very welcome. Excited for school?“ He asked with a smirk on his face.

„Why would I be? It's just school.“ I was confused.

„Well you have psychics today and that boy from yesterday will be in school, won't he?“

„Yeah, I guess so.“ The mere thought of him brought a smile to my face.

„I saw that.“

„What? You saw what?“ I started blushing a little.

„You know what I'm talking about.“ He winked. „Good luck today A, have fun.“ He said as we pulled in front of my school.

„Thanks G, see ya.“

I rushed out oft he car as fast as I could. Pase was again immersed in her phone, probably on Wattpad again. I just oppened my locker and put my stuff in and then slammed it as hard as I could and she jumped in surprise. I laughed and she looked angrily at me.

„Are you trying to give me a heart attack?“ She yelled at me.

„If I hadn't done that you'd lost your mind in whatever you are reading now.“ I said to her still chuckling a bit. „Trust me, I know.“

„Oh yeah? And how would you know that, may I ask?“

„I know everything.“ I winked.

„Funny.“ She grinned.

„I saw that.“

„Yeah, yeah. What do you have now?“

„Ugh, maths, you?“

„PE.“

„Yay.“ I said sarcasticly.

„Exactly my thought.“ She agreed.

The bell rang and we separated each in our way. The day was dragging off each second slower and it was finally lunch break. I went to my locker and put my stuff in it. As soon as I closed it I saw a familiar face appear in front of me. It was Jae. Such a sweet boy with such a beautiful name.

„Hey.“ He smiled.

„Hey, there. How are you?“

„I am very good, seeing you.“ He winked. „Want to have lunch with me? So we can maybe get to know eachother a little better?“ His smile grew wider and wider.

„Yeah, sure.“ I started to walk to the cafeteria.

„Why don't we enjoy the nature for change?“ He pointed to outside.

„Are you sain? It is freezing cold outside!“ I looked at him in wonder.

„Don't worry I'll warm you up.“ He grinned and pushed the doors open for me to pass.

„Okay, weirdo.“ I teased him.

He laughed and rushed beside me to put his arm around me. I blushed like crazy. But what would a guy like him want from a girl like me, I couldn't help but wonder.

„See, not so cold.“

„Yeah, I guess so. How come I haven't seen you around here before?“

„Well maybe due to the fact I just moved here yesterday?“ He chuckled.

„Oh, I didn't know that.“ I blushed again.

„That's okay. You know, if you blush more you'll be red as a tomato.“

„It must be from the cold.“

„You just agreed it isn't that cold.“

„Well, uh, umm, I changed my mind. It's freezing.“ I'm such a bad liar.

„You're such a bad liar.“ He laughed. And again he uttered my thoughts out loud.

“Well I don’t like to lie. Lies only lead you into more lies.”

“Indeed. You’re very smart.”

“It’s in my genes.” I laughed at myself and he just smiled at me.

“Witty.” He said as his eyes wandered off into distance and some kind of worry took over his face.
