Chapter 3
Louis
"Help!" I tried to loose the ropes that held my arms together. I was mugged, and the man who did it left me in this alley with my hands and feet tied together.
It was cold, I was tired and my arms hurt, and it didn't matter how much I screamed for help - no one heard me.
"Please, help..." I whispered one last time before I slumped against a trash can in defeat.
Suddenly I felt the ropes leave my arms and feet. I opened my eyes to see who helped me but I couldn't see anything.
"H-Hello..?" I asked unsure into the darkness.
"Leave. Go home" I heard a soft but manly voice say.
"Who are you?" I asked, letting my couriosity win over the fear.
"Harry" he said with a bit of hesitate. "Don't tell anyone that you've seen me"
"But-" I got cut off by a truck driving past the alley and the sudden light made me get a quick look at my savior. He had a hoodie covering most of his face, but you could see the brown curls from underneath. His eyes were green.. Oh how I love green eyes!
I snapped out of my trance when I saw Harry turning around.
"Wait!" He turned his head to look at me. "I'm Louis".
He nodded before he ran from the scene, pretty fast may I say.
I walked the remaining distance to my house and I closed the door behind me. I took my jacket and shoes of and sat down in my couch. I sighed and rubbed my eyes before turning the t.v on.
The news was on and they started to talk about what happend at the store.
"The store at Fisherman's road was robbed today at 2 pm. The police don't want to give out any information about the case before they get hold of more evidence. We have a short video from the scene".
The screen changed and showed a woman trying to get one of the inspectors to talk to her.
"Inspector! Is it true that it is The Hybrid Without a Face who did this?" she asked and the inspector looked at her annoyed.
"We can't answer any questions before we know more about the case" he glared at her. I guess he had gotten that question thrown at him a few times already.
"It was The Hybrid Without a Face.." another police man muttered.
"Quiet!" the inspector demanded before the screen changed and it was back to the newswoman.
"I don't know about you but I think it seems like the police knows more than they want to tell the rest of the world. The clip you just watched proves that the police believes that The Hybrid Without a Face is guilty for this crime, and it's not the first crime he has committed."
The reporter started to talk about another crime and I turned the t.v off. Why wouldn't the police men tell me who it was? I mean, I was there and this happened partly to me.
I walked into the kitchen and made some cereal. It was late and I needed to sleep. I ate my cereal and changed to sweaters and a t-shirt. I started to think about that mysterious Harry, the one who saved me from the alley.
I didn't see much of his face, but I saw enough. He was beautiful. He had the voice of an angel... Though, he seemed to be a bit.. Dark? He had dark clothes and a hoodie over his head. My head screamed that he was dangerous, but my heart whispered that he was beautiful.
I need to see him again. I need to.
