The girls and I finished getting ready. I had on a (F/C) dress that stopped at my knees and had no sleeves with a pair of black, 2 inch heels since I was kinda short. Katelyn had on a light blue dress that went to her feet with a pair of white flats. Teony had on a dark purple dress with a black top-half that stopped mid-leg and went lower in the back. She had on a pair of black, 1 inch heels.

Teony, Katelyn, and I finished getting ready. We left my bedroom and walked down the stairs. I saw the boys waiting by the stairs with my mom, Katelyn's dad, Vlyad, and Zane. The three of us walked to the bottom of the stairs to our parents taking pictures and the guys blushing. "Oh my Irene you girls look beautiful!" My mom fangirled. "Zianna our sweet peas have grown up!" Eric, Katelyn's dad, said. "Oo! You girls are adorable and the guys are just handsome!" My mom said. I looked towards Vlyad and Zane who rolled their eyes at the adults. They left the scene and went back up stairs. After my mom took pictures of us and Eric warned the guys, we were picked up in a limo my dad rented for us.
"You girls look amazing..more than usual." Garroth said. I gave him a stupid smile. "Except for (Y/N)." Garroth said. "Once I get out of this dress, you're dead." I warned him. We kept talking until we got to the school. "Wow. You did an amazing job decorating babe." Laurance said. He pecked my cheek. I blushed a bit. We all separated and went our own ways. Laurance and walked over to the left side of the gym and we started talking and getting food.
2 Hours Later
Laurance and were on the dance floor with Garroth and Teony. "Attention students!" We turned to face the stage to see the principal. "Good evening students! I hope you are having a wonderful evening so far. We are going to start the slow dance soon, so find yourself a partner. For now, we're going to keep slowing down the music. Goodnight everyone!" the principal said.
"Oh no." I mumbled to myself. "What's wrong?" Laurance asked. "I can't dance, let alone slow dance." I explained to Laurance. "Do you want me to teach you?" Laurance asked. I turned light shade of light shade of pink and nodded my head. Laurance smiled and took my hand. We walked out of the gym and towards an empty hallway. We could still hear the music, it was that loud.
"Why'd we come out here?" I asked Laurance. "It's quieter out here, plus it's just the two of us." Laurance scratched the back of his neck and blushed red. I giggled at his nervousness. "What?" he asked. "Your nervousness. It's adorable." I told him. He laughed an airy laugh. "Now! Are you gonna keep being awkward or are you gonna help me with this dance?" I laughed. "Alright!" Laurance said.
He helped me with my position and foot movement. He did a better job than my dad.
