Colleen’s POV

I woke up and headed downstairs to greet my Mom. Aka, Regina Mills and in my opinion the best Mom ever.

“Morning Hon, how'd you sleep.” My mom continued working on breakfast.

“Ok I guess.I would've slept better if someone wasn't making so much noise.”

I eyed my 19 year old  brother Christopher who was currently stuffing his face with waffles.

“Hey it's not my fault you go to bed before 8.” He was speaking with a very stuffed mouth may I add.

“Any normal person sleeps before 8.”

“Ya any normal toddler.” He muttered under his breath

“Excuse me?!”

“What, I didn't say anything.” He turned to face me with a smug look on his face.

“Alright, Listen here you little-.” I was cut off by my sister Rachel

“That's enough you two.” She was 17 a year younger than me but she often acted like the oldest in the house.

“ Would you like some waffles, Sweetheart?” Mom looked at me then to my brother. ”before Chris eats them all.”

Chris turned to face mom with a betrayed look on his face. ”I see how it is.”

“Shut up and pass the syrup.”I sat at the table and dished myself some waffles. Chris did as he was told whilst glaring at me.

After finishing up I grabbed my bag and headed for school.

“Colleen? Can you hear me. Colee-”  

A voice spoke softly ,but faded away before I could hear what it was saying.

I turned to my brother who was currently packing his bag.

“Chris, did you call me just now.”

“No.” He paused for a moment, “Why?” Chris was always very curious as a kid even now he's the same.

“No reason.” It was probably just my imagination I thought to myself before walking out the door.

“ Have a nice day at school honey!”My mom called out after me.

“I will !” I hollered back before closing the door.

Alright time to say goodbye to summer and hello to another year of school.

Eliza’s Pov.

“Eliza, can you hear me? You need to wake up.You need to wake up Now!”

I shot up in bed breathing heavily and looked around my room. “Was someone in here just now?”

I directed my attention to an open window near my bed stand. I threw off my covers and walked over to the window. I looked outside,”There's nothing there.” I whispers quietly to myself before I shut and locked the window just to make sure. I've been a little paranoid lately and could you blame me. I lived alone in my apartment waiting for my dad who left a few weeks ago and still hasn't come back.

I’d also been having nightmares about Wonderland lately.”I just hope he's ok.” I whispered quietly to Riley a striped kitten that usually slept at the foot of my bed.

I walked into the bathroom and did my morning routine which included Riley hopping up on the counter and swiping at my toothbrush. After finishing up I strolled into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee.
