Chapter 5: You know me?

Tyler’s POV

I’ve been driving for hours and haven’t found any sign of her anywhere on this highway.

I decided to phone sheriff Forbes to try and ask if she can track her phone.

“Sheriff Forbes, I need you to track Caroline’s phone for me please. I’m worried about her; she isn’t answering any of my texts or calls.” I spoke quickly and in fright, “Tyler, stop for a moment okay. Caroline doesn’t want to be bothered so just forget about her ok. She is going to come home on her own time.” She said in a calm crackly voice. I got mad and hung up my phone and pushed my foot on the gas petal, I didn’t care if I was going over the speed limit or not, I was going to find Caroline no matter what happened.

Caroline’s POV

I woke up I think days after this man dumped buckets of vervain on me and then specifically said ‘You are my science experiment’. To be honest I’m kind of scared.

I heard footsteps coming and then shut my eyes fast. I heard a familiar deep voice, “I know you’re awake.”

I was shocked how he knew I was awake. He came over to me and had a knife, right then I started moving all over like a new born puppy. He brought the knife down and cut the ropes of me, I was so relived but then I still couldn’t get up and I don’t know why but then I thought about it and someone spelled me to stay.

I couldn’t even move, “Are you serious. I am sick and ti… What are you doing with that?” I asked quiet frightened as he was holding a scalpel in his hand aiming for eye. “I’m going to experiment on you honey, just like I promised.” He said while I was crying just starring in his eyes asking not to.

Unknown’s POV  

I was scaring her I could just tell but I’m glad because I am the big bad wolf literally.

Can’t wait till Tyler comes and tries to save her.

“You ready miss Caroline Forbes.”

“Wait how do you know me?”

“I’ve known you for a while now honey, you just never knew I did, I’ve saw you when you’re sleeping and I even compelled your mom to let me in your beautiful home you have there, I was going to just take you when you were sleeping but that would be to cruel but.” And then right there I was interrupted with a loud voice, “and now isn’t being cruel, are you serious right now, I was trying to run away from someone forever and now you come along..” I finally just ignored her and dumped vervain on her just to shut her up.

I saw her in pain, but I didn’t seem to help her.
