This is just a book written by a group of people who met on an app and became friends. And some more than friends ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). So, its a collaborative effort, and not a particular writer in general and the book characters are based on real people. ^^ We hope you enjoy!

"Hey there, sweet cheeks" His breath fanned over Joanne's face. Joanne could smell the beer he had been drinking on his breath and she scowled. His hands soon found her waist as he gripped it tightly. Joanne's eyes widened and she tried to wriggle out of his grip "Leave me, you assface!" Joanne's eyes teared up.

Not far away, Rhea and Abby watched the scene unfold with shock evident in their facial features. "You wanna go teach the dickhead a lesson?" Abby asked Rhea with a glint in her eyes and Rhea smirked "I'm up for it. I'll kick hiss ass, you punch his balls". Abby nodded and both the girls made their way over to the scene. They pushed through the sweaty bodies dancing on the floor to some overrated pop music, and reached Joanne.

"Hey you! Get off her!" Abby yelled and the guy suddenly straightened up. His eyes glanced over at Rhea and Abby before a sly smirk appeared on his face. "So, we have company huh? I guess, three chicks will definitely be better than one," He smiled evilly and grabbed Abby's wrist.

"Oh, I'll show you what company is" Rhea yelled and swiftly raised her legs, kicking the creep's ass with all her strength and feeling her heels dig into his behind. He yelled an 'Ow' and in that moment, Abby quickly freed her wrist and punched him where the sun didn't shine. The guy screamed and fell onto the floor, gripping his ass with one hand and balls with another.

Rhea suddenly noticed two huge and burly men nearing them. She realized that in that moment the ruckus they had created had alerted many in the club, including the bouncers.

"Abby?" She said, causing Abby to look up and notice the bouncers too. "...Crap", Abby muttered. With that Rhea grabbed Joanne's hand and quickly they both ran out of the club as soon as they could. They came to stop a bit far from the club where they couldn't see the bouncers anymore.

"Are you okay? What happened?" Abby directed the question towards Joanne while panting slightly, who was clearly still trying to figure out what had just happened.

"Um..yeah I think so. He just started being creepy, I didn't even know him!" Joanne slightly sobbed and tears pooled in her eyes again. Abby and Rhea didn't know how to comfort her, but gently put an arm on her shoulder and tried their best.

"It's okay. We are here now, he won't be able to hurt you. And if he ever does, we'll kick his ass again." Rhea winked at Joanne and Joanne giggled,  letting a small grin appear on her face.

"I'm Joanne by the way, and I guess you two know each other." Joanne introduced herself and the girls nodded, shaking her hand.

"Yeah. I'm Abby and this is Rhea. It's nice to meet you Joanne," She said whilst attempting to undo the ever tightening strap on her heels. She breathed a sigh of relief when they were undone.

"You don't sound like you're from Melbourne, so why are you here? If you don't mind me asking." Rhea politely asked with a little smile on her face.

"Nice to meet you girls too. I'm here for university actually. I'm starting next week." Joanne fidgeted with her fingers while smiling at them.

"Oh really? Are you going to the University of Melbourne? We start there next week as well."

"Yeah exactly! But, I am having some complications right now. I can't find a place to stay." Joanne frowned and all the three girls started walking further away from the club.

"Well.. it will sound weird because we just met but we found an apartment nearby which had space for five more people. I mean, we are only two so you can join us if you want. We were looking for someone anyways." Rhea shrugged and offered. Joanne seemed friendly enough, and maybe even a little terrified of being in a new town.

"Oh really? Thank you so much. I am glad we met then. This is so kind of you" Joanne smiled at both the girls, wondering how she had been so lucky. She had tried looking for a place to live, but either they had been too expensive, or some or the other problems arose. But this sounded perfect.

"By the way, I noticed you have a little accent. Where are you originally from? Rhea here is from India, and I'm from England. But we both shifted here quite early and have been friends ever since." Abby grinned and asked.

"Well, I am from Germany and I came here for studies. That's why maybe my accent will sound a little different." Joanne blushed and looked down.

"Aw, that's alright. Your accent is cute. Mine and Abby's stood out so much, but we grew accustomed to Australian accent and caught it on. Anyways, we are going to check out the apartment right now. Do you want to come along?" Rhea asked Joanne and Joanne nodded.

"Sure, I don't mind. I have some time free anyways." Joanne smiled at both the girls and they smiled back. A new friendship had been formed and all of them were happy.

"Great, let's go then!" Abby cheered enthusiastically and all three made their way to the apartment.
