chapter 2. New Guy

*Ring-ring-ring*

I groaned at the sound of my alarm and trudged my lazy butt out the bed, as you must have realized by now am NOT a morning person.

I took a shower-shave and put on my converse with a crop top and ripped jeans since it was Friday I wore my hair in a ponytail because I had P.E. I ran through the house grabbing my car keys, backpack and a granola bar.

I arrived at school with ten minutes to spare. I walked towards my locker when I smelt that guy again. I found myself following it AGAIN, it lead me to the office where he stood chatting up a storm with the receptionist. I was about to leave when he turned around and was in front of me in seconds. He leaned down to my ear and said.

"It's very unladylike to spy and listen in on people's conversations." He whispered with a smirk plastered on his handsome face.

What the heck, since when was a Boy's face handsome?!

"Like what you see?" He smirked. I thought for a moment.

"I've seen better." He chuckled

"What's your name kitten?"

"Ty, yours"

"Vladimir Adams and a last name would be nice."

"Miss Reid since you and Mr. Adams have been introduced, would you be a peach and show him around?" Miss West interrupted.

"No" "sounds good" we answered at the same time.

"Splendid now off you go." She shooed us away. I grabbed his schedule and coincidence, he has the same classes as me.

"How old are you?"

"Am 18 next week."

"How the hell are you in junior class?"

"What is this, 20 questions?"

"Just answer my damn question." I gritted though closed teeth. Man this guy is annoying.

"I failed junior year last time, so am doing it again."

"So you ARE an idiot." I said with my award winning plastic smile.

"Whatever." We made our way to second period English because our first call bell rang.

As we entered a the class the room got silent.

"Care to explain why your late miss Reid?" Miss patron asked with an annoyed facial expression.

Before I could speak Vladimir interrupted "well she was asked to give me a tour by the office lady."

"Ok take a seat miss Reid and please introduce yourself to the class young man."

"Hey everyone, My name is prince Vladimir Adams the fourth of vampires."

The whole class was stunned including me. He's the fu*king demon prince. the whole class gasped as he smirked satisfied with our reaction and sat down allowing the teacher to continue with her lesson.

We headed towards the cafeteria and by 'we' I meant gemma,me and Vlad yes I call him Vlad because his name is too long. We bought our lunch and went to sit with the others.

"Hey guys." Taylor greeted as we sat.

"So Ty, what are you doing for your birthday?" Ethan asked causally.

Before I could answer Vlad asked "when's your birthday?"

"Tomorrow."

"So is mine." He beamed like a kid high on candy. This made us all laugh.
