Drunken Love

I was laying on my bed playing chess on my phone, a game I don't even like. "Dammit" I said as I once again lost, I got up and looked in the mirror faint black mascara still stained my cheeks. Just as I was about to go wash my face my best friend Julie opened my door and groaned as soon as she saw me. "Are you kidding me right now, Didn't you get my text?" she asks me and I shake my head no. She tells me that she was saying we should go clubbing for my birthday tomorrow and I shake my head again " I don't want to celebrate my birthday this year... its going to be really different Jason always got me a giant teddy bear and chocolate." Julie grabbed my shoulders and shook me "Nina you need to get over Jason he's an ass, he cheated on you five times! Why are you still stuck on him?." I processed what she had just said, but it only took my three seconds to realize she was right then I said, "You know what yes lets go clubbing tomorrow".

~THE NEXT DAY~

Julie's POV:

I stayed over at Nina's place last night and of course I woke up before her so I went ahead and got everything ready like the dresses, makeup, shoes,ect.. By the time I was done Nina was awake and in the shower. We had a lot of time before dark so we decided to go to the mall once we got there we hit Victoria Secret first then the food court. In the line for chipotle I saw someone neither of us expected behind the counter.

Jason's POV:

I was serving food in the mall food court for chipotle when I saw my twin sister Julie in the line she's my ex girlfriend's best friend so I called her over to my line immediately she walked over and was followed my Nina. As soon as I saw Nina my heart dropped I was truly sorry for what I did to her so when she and Julie ordered and I gave them their food I paid for everything hopefully that did something.

While they were eating I went on break to talk to Nina when I walked up to her I could see all the color wash from her face making her unimaginably pale. I was speechless she looked so cute, for a while Nina and I just stared into each others eyes for what seemed like forever then Julie spoke up saying "What the hell do you want Jason?" and both ours eyes went to her. "I-I wanted to say..im really sorry Nina and I want you back, so please give me other chance." I said. I knew Julie was about to yell but before she could I was covered in soda from head to toe and Julie's laugh erupted making heads turn in attention to us.

Nina had poured her drink on me and said "I don't believe in second chances you jerk I'm so much better without you now if you excuse us we have a club to get too" then she stormed away. Julie started to walk away but I grabbed her and gave her a small bear and chocolates "For Nina's birthday today I didn't forget ya know" I then smile and walk away. I turn around and watch as Julie hands the bear and chocolate to Nina and points back at me telling her who it's from, but Nina walks up to a garage can throwing them both away and continues walking followed by Julie.

Julie's POV:

I got ready put my dress on and did my own makeup it was a tight red dress that I paired with black heels Nina said it matched my jet black hair and green eyes.
