The Unexpected Proposal [ Ciel x Elizabeth ]

Chapter Three

(( hehe.. sorry guys... I got kinda busy with school stuff..a.k.a homework on the weekend ;-; anyway... this will be the last chapter of this fanfic but I already have some ideas for other fanfics c: ))

Ciel was looking down at the water, lost in thought with now no emotion showing on his face.

Elizabeth looked over at Ciel, " Ciel... are you alright? "

Ciel turned to face Elizabeth and held her hand, looking down at the ring that represented their engagment. He took that ring off of Elizabeth's finger and put in his pocket.

" C-Ciel.. What are you doing? " a million different thoughts went through Elizabeth's head. Did this mean that Ciel had called off the engagament? Did Ciel not love Elizabeth?

Ciel just smiled at Elizabeth, it was a real smile this time. " Elizabeth, I know that we have been through some bad times... mostly by me yelling at you for no good reason and I'm sorry... I'm really sorry for that... and I want to make it up to you by doing something that I have been wanting to do for a long time... " Ciel got down on one knee, looking up slightly at Elizabeth, smiling, " Elizabeth, I love you and I want you to live with me in my manor,"

Elizabeth started crying with joy, smiling happily at Ciel.

" But that's not all I want to do, " Ciel pulled out a small box, " I want to propose to you for real so I can prove my love to you," Ciel opened the small box to reveal a ring, " Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Midford, will you marry me? "

Elizabeth nodded, crying with joy and smiling, " Yes. Of corse,"

Ciel slid the ring onto Elizabeth's finger and stood up, hugging her tightly.

Elizabeth hugged back, " I love you, Ciel."

" I love you too, Elizabeth.. " Ciel said with a smile. He kissed Elizabeth on the lips gently.

Elizabeth blushed lightly and kissed Ciel back. She felt Ciel wrap his arms around her waist and she rested her hands on Ciel's shoulders.

Ciel broke off the kiss after a little while and smiled lightly at Elizabeth. " We should go back inside now."

" Okay," Elizabeth reolied, holding Ciel's hand as they walked back inside. She was so happy and she felt like she would never stop smiling.

For that moment, Ciel felt happy again... Happier than he ever has been...
