Meeting Elijah...

"Why is there a dead man on the floor? " I asked Elena when I walked into the salvatore's basement/cellar.

Elena called me and said it's urgent but I don't really see why...

"He's not dead...this dagger kept him dead but not really sorta like sleeping and I pulled it out" She said quickly which made it MORE confusing.

"So where do I fit into all of this?" I asked crossing my arms.

"Well first of all,my friends can t know, so your here to protect me" She started "Second of all he might know something about...you" She finished and it sparked my interest.

"Fair point but-" I heard a strong gasp which made me stop talking.

Elena ran towards him and I followed also trying to help.

"Elijah " Elena tried to calm him down.

"No,Katerina" He said and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"What?" I asked Elena and she shook her head.

"I'll explain later" She said and tried to snap Elijah out of whatever trance he is "Elijah,it's me Elena"

He blinked a few times before passing out.

"Well" I said "That was fun" I laughed a little and she sat on the floor at the door and I just sat against the wall behind me.

Elena stands up again and walk to him.

She reaches to touch him but he rolls around making her jump to the wall.

"Crap" I said smirking "I should've probably protected you"

She she rolled her eyes and Elijah slowly stood up making me and Elena do the same.

"It can't be" Elijah said you could still see he is weak by the way he's standing "What's happening to me?" He asked.

He tries to speed out the door but a invisible barrier stopped him.

Elena ran to him and pulled him towards us.I slowly walked next to Elena.I should probably be a better body gaurd.

"I can't be in this house.." Elijah said and I looked at Elena.

"He hasn't been invited in" I told her.

"I need to get out of here" He said before speeding out.

"Oops" I said and Elena started running.I sighed heavily and followed.

We came into the hallway and at the outside of the door Elijah stood on his knees and palms like a dog.

She stops before the door and I did too.

He looks at Elena angrily before trying to get Elena.

The barrier stops him but I still grab her arm protectively.

"What happened?" Elijah asked and Elena quickly shushes him then points up signaling the Salvatore boys are upstairs.

"Not here" Elena whispers "Can I trust you?"

Elijah tried getting in again "Can I trust you?!"

She looks up then back at him "Yes" She says before holding out her hand that the dagger thing was balancing on.

She held it out enough so he could get it through the barrier and he quickly grabbed it.

"You know they'll kill you if they found out about...him" I stated smirking and she rolls her eyes and pulls up the car.

"Yeah,they'll be mad but they won't KILL me" She said smiling at me through the rear view mirror then turned to Elijah "You look better " She told him.
