Rose's POV

I woke up from my sleep and immediately went to the bathroom to wash up. After I done with everything, I went downstairs to get some food even though it won't make me full.

My cousin was there, sitting on the dining table while eating his bread. He greeted me a good morning as usual, I greeted him back with a smile on my face.

I looked around searching for my Aunt and Uncle, but they were nowhere to be seen. I asked my cousin and he said they were going somewhere. I nodded my head in understanding.

Oh anyway, I forgot to introduce myself.

Well hello, my name is Rosie Park, yeah its my english name since I am american.
I moved to Korea when I was around 12 years old, honestly I got dragged here. I lived with my uncle, aunt and cousin, The Chwe's Family.

Parents? Hm, my uncle said they died due to an accident, and to be honest, I dont remember anything about them. I dont have any memories with them, and thats really weird. No matter how much I think about it, theres nothing. But i know that they loved me. My mom gave me a very beautiful necklace. Its a small love shaped stone, and the colour is Rose Quartz. Its really beautiful, I never leave it from my neck, since its too precious, and it was the last thing that my parents gave me before they gone.

I am a half blood, which means that I am a vampire. I drink blood, but sometimes I dont like it because its kinda disgusting. But ofcourse, I have to drink it for the sake of my life or else, I'd die long ago.
I dont know if my parents were a vampire too, but since I am a half blood, they could be, right?

My cousin Hansol aka Vernon, and his parents are also a half blood. So basically we all arent human. We live forever, but that doesnt mean we cannot die. We can, but there's a way.

I was about to talk more but my mind suddenly got interrupted by none other than my cousin, Vernon.

"We need to go now, Rose. Or we'll be late for school." He said, pulling me by the arm.

I groaned softly and quickly followed him outside.

"What were you thinking?" He asked, turning his head on me.

"Nothing." I said then turned to him, smiling softly, "Thanks for not reading my mind."

"You're welcome?" He said, more like he questioning it.

I then stopped on my track, gasping.

He stopped as well, looking at me worriedly, "what? Is there something wrong?"

I nodded as I looked at him, "Yes! I forgot to drink blood, and I forgot to bring them!"

"Yah! How could you forgot about it?" He said, worried. "Lets go get it."

He was about to walk back, but I stopped him. "We can't go back. Lets just go. I'll be fine."

"Ah, I only brought 1 packet to school." He sighed. "Next time, please don't forget." He flicked me on the forehead, making me flinch.

"Whoa.. what is going on?" I said as soon as we stepped inside the school.

Vernon was wondering as well, being curious we were, we both approached and joined the crowded. I pushed people besides me to make way and once I got a better view, I was stunned by a group of guys.

Wow. I swear all of them looks very handsome and attractive, and I swear that one guy looks more prettier than me. Damn. HAIR GOALS.

I looked at them, and one of them looked at me and met my eyes, i looked away, trying not to blush but something seems weird. What was it?
