I didn't think I could be so happy from just my phone giving that sound I wished to hear for years.

It's just a little sound. Short and very easy to forget in a world as this. I never thought I would hear it. I look at the clock.

12:34:50

I texted him at 12:33:45 so that meant he reacted in 0:01:05 seconds. This can mean he didn't choose to ask who I was and what I wanted.

There were just two choices left.
1. He accepted me as a new friend. A stranger on kik.
2. He doesn't give me a change and doesn't trust me.

I sight and looked down at my phone. I was now nervous and scared to take the phone and see how he reacted.

I probably sounded like a weirdo trying to get someone. My now sweaty hands grab the phone, but they let it slip out of there fingers.

My body freezes well the sound of braking glass can be heard when my phone hits the floor. I wanted to yell over it so it wouldn't sound as hard as it did in the silence of this room.

I look down to see the damage I have made. My phone was laying in front of my foot. The screen broken in the left site corner. I pick it up and try to turn it on.

It works.

A sight of relieve, this time, leaves my lips. I quickly try to type my password, but it goes slower then I wanted, because of the broken screen. I finely find my way into kik and look at the massage.

A smile came on my face. He accepted me! I never felt this happy before. I tried to type as fast as possible a response.

Phone fell out my hands and broke 😅

"Mark! Dad needs you downstairs. Get your ass down here and take his pills with you" my brother Tom suddenly disturbed the silence with his yelling.

I rolled my eyes. Not wanting to stop chatting with my new friend because of dad, but they couldn't know I texted a random guy. I know how they will react and I know they will stop me.

"Come on Mark! What is taken you so long?" My brother, once again, disturbed the silence.

"I'm coming!"
