Each child is a gift. A small, fragile gift. Their eyes gleam light in even the darkest of places, in even the darkest of times. They twinkle nearly as bright as the stars in the sky, and the silver pendants secured comfortably around their necks at birth. The same pendants that will act as their light, guiding them to the one whose hand fits securely in theirs, and whose heart beats in rhythm with their own.
Everyone finds their soul mate and pendant match. Eventually.
Sometimes you know it’s them before you even see their pendant.
Sometimes it takes a little getting to know them as a person.
And sometimes, it’s the last person you’d ever expect.

Hi! So I'm giving this whole wattpad thing a shot, and i'm aiming to update at least once a week, maybe more depending on how busy i happen to be. So at the moment there isn't any set schedule, though i might develop one as the story progresses.
