Dannie poked her head up from her doodles with a confused face and asked "what..er..what was the question again?"
The whole class just laughed at he while Mrs. L told her to pay attention. I raised my hand and said the answer of y=9 and got it right of course. I felt bad because everyone laughed and Dannie but I wasn't about to stand up for her. I peeked over at her drawings and saw that it was a girl wearing a hoodie (very similar to her) thinking of what seemed like a bunch of scribbles. I noticed something underneath the scribbles but I couldn't tell what it was. I was wondering but quickly dismissed the thought when Mrs. L went on to the next question.
