Kyleigh's POV
I was going to get something to eat with Niall at Denny's. I was really hungry and desperate. I had just moved back to Florida so I needed some new friends. I guess Niall can be one and when I meet the other boys maybe them too. My dad spends alot of time with them so I have to get used to it. So we were on our way from my home to Denny's. It was a friendly thing, we just met today.
When we get to Denny's, Niall stops the car. But before I can grab all my stuff my doors opens. I look to my right and Niall is holding the door open for me. I gladly thanked him and proceeded to the door. He held the door to the resturant open for me. When we walk in we are greeted by the hostest.
"Hello, how many?" She asks.
"Table for 2" Nialls greets.
"Awe what a lovely couple you two are" She smiles.
I feel my rosey cheeks blush. I guess we do look like a couple since we are standing close to each other and we are out to dinner alone.
"Actually this is just my friend" I say.
"Oh, you guys can be mistaken for a couple" She laughs.
We then sit down in our booth across from eachother. I still feel warm in the cheeks so I know I am still blushing. We sit there until our waitress greets us.
"Hello, Im- Niall?" She says
"Allie?!" Niall says.
Niall then scoots over and she sits down next to him. I wonder who she is.
"How are you Als?" Niall asks
"Great, Nia!" She says
"Oh this is my friend Kyleigh." He introduces.
"Hi." I say.
"Hi Kyleigh, I am Allie" She jestures me to shake her hand and I do so not be rude.
"How do you two know eachother?" I ask.
"Niall, was my ex-boyfriend" Allie says.
Well things just got awkward. So he dated her? Really!
They sit there for about 30 mintues just talking. If you like eachother that much just date!! After awhile I get annoyed.
"I should go, its getting pretty late!" I say.
"How are you going to get home?" Niall asks.
"I will walk, my house is just a couple of blocks, I will be ok." I say getting up and putting on my jacket.
"I am not just going to let you walk home!" Niall says.
"No, Niall really its fine!" I say.
Allie smiles. Like she wants to keep talking to him but I am interfering.
"Are you sure?" Niall asks.
"I am 100% postive!" I say.
"Ok..... " Niall says
"Well give me a call and it was really nice meeting you!" I say.
"Wait, What are you going to eat?" Niall asks.
"I will stop somewhere... Bye" I say
When I walk out I go straight toward my home. Its not that cold outside and I loved the breeze so I leave my jacket off. My hair flows through the wind and I love it. I was kind of mad that he wanted to talk so much. Now I am starving. What will my dad think when I come in without no one dropping mr off? He will be mad I know my father! I mean I understand he wanted to talk to her but seriously just forget about me. I understand you probably havent seen eachother in awhile but just block me out. Now I am sounding selfish. It's just that it's rude.
When I arrive at my house I shut the door quietly and tip toe up the stairs.
"Hey honey how are you?" Dad interupts.
I turn around and face him.
"Well actually..... I didnt get to eat." I say.
"Where's Niall and why?" Dad asks.
"Well here's the thing, Niall and I got to Denny's and our waitress happened to be his ex- girlfriend so he sat there for a half an hour talking to her. And we still didnt order. I got up and told him I was leaving and he offered to drive me home but I turned that offer down because that girl looked at me in a funny way. So I walked home, and I am starving to death!" I say.
"Seriously? Niall did that! The Niall Horan did that? But he is just so nice." Dad says.
"I dont know but I really need to eat and take a shower." I tell him.
"Ok, I am hungry too! Wanna order chinese?" Dad asks.
"YES!!" I say.
"Ok..." He says.

When the food gets here its about 30 mintues later. We take the food and grab everything out and devour it all. It is just so good and I am starving. Once its all gone I make my way up the stairs, and lay down on my bed because I am so full. I look at my phone and look at the new messages.

Sorry about that! I didnt want to make you wal home, but I havent seen her in a long time.

I actually enjoyed my walk home! But I starved to death.

Ok, sorry about that! I really didnt mean to make you starve I actually ended up eating with Allie.

Yea, we broke up about 7 months ago and it was for a stupid reason so we settled it and got back together.
