Izzy POV
When I got up the next morning it was really quiet. I figured they were sleeping, so I decided to be nice and make them breakfast. I checked the time and it was 12 already so I made brunch! By the time I had everything no one was up yet! I put everything on plates and made coffee. when I was done I grabbed a pan and spoon and took them to the bunks. I started banging until all of them had fallen out, they all started yelling at me and I cheerfully said
"Stop complaining! I made you lazy asses breakfast!" At this they all got up and ran to the kitchen. Ha boys!
"You wanna do something today?" Ron asked me.
"I don't know maybe but I have to study and track some guitars. What ever it is it can't be long."
"What do you mean study?" Ryan asked
"School."
"Your still in high school!?" Ryan asked dumbfounded
"No dumb nuts! College!"
"Oh good! Cuz' that's weird." After that there was an awkward silence.
"So um what do you want to do?"
"We could go to umm a park or something." Jacky said. I got up to clean the dishes and Jacky helped.
"We are kinda in the middle of nowhere" I said, we had stopped for gas and to wait on another bus for some unknown reason.
"Oh yea."
"We could just jam on the roof while we wait?" I turned around and asked everyone.
"Yea I guess." Ronnie said hesitantly.
"Yay!" I said doing this weird little dance, the guys laughed at me. "I'll teach you how to not fall off the bus."
"I think we can manage." Derek said. We got all set up with amps and everything, all within an hour. We started playing some of their songs then an old one of Ronnie's
Mother, where are you today?
You took a piece of me the day you went away,
No recollection or the smell of your perfume,
I took a piece of you the day I left the womb.
(The day I left the womb)
Brother, put your needles down.
The best thing for you is to leave this awful town.
Pretty soon, you'll have kids to feed.
If you see mother, tell her I can sing.
Please don't worry, I am doing fine.
You're much too busy to even find the time,
So use your chemicals and take this to your grave,
The boys you left are men you didn't raise.
And daddy, how are you today?
You must be proud of the boys that you have raised.
Your withered heart, and everything it's seen,
Your cuts and calloused hands, you had kids to feed.
You had kids to feed.
Please don't worry, I am doing fine.
You're much too busy to even find the time,
So use your chemicals and take this to your grave,
The boys you left are men you didn't raise.
When we where done playing the guys where staring at me.
"What? it's not like I'm that good."
"Girrrrllll what you playing at?" Ryan said
"Nothing"
"Dayum you play awesome." he said
"Really?"
"Yea Iz you sing good too." Ronnie said
We continued with
It's over when it's over
