          ~Gems pov~

Hi my name is Gem and I am 4 years old and I will tell you my story.

'Run faster!! Come on RUN!!' Was all I could think why did I have to run this fast?!!

                   ~Flashback~

    "AHHHHH PLEASE STOP MOMMY AHHH!!!!!!"

" SHUT UP STUPID LITTLE BITCH!!"

My mommy kept on beating me with hot metal for dropping a glass cup. My daddy came in the room

"Soe what the hell did Gem do now?"

"THIS STUPID LITTLE BITCH DECIDED TO BRAKE MY GLASS CUP SO NOW SHE GETS PUNISHED!!!"

My daddy was laughing at this point 

"AND WHAT IS SO FUNNY JOE?!!" 

"You'll never be able to punish her hard enough to cause any damage to her. Want some help?"

My mommy smiled like a creepy phyco path and handed daddy the hot metal. I am too weak to move and I look at my daddy

"No daddy please." I whimper in a 
horse voice.

"Shut up."

"No daddy ple- "AHHHH DADDY PLEASE STO- AHHHH" 

"SHUT UP STUPID LITTLE BITCH!!!"

My mommy kept on screaming at me while my daddy beat me.

           ~Time skip to two hours later~

When my mommy and daddy finally stopped beating me I crawled to my room because I knew if I stayed I would get another beating so like a abused dog I crawled to my room and fell asleep on the floor  I woke up my body felt like it was hit by a train. I looked out my window and saw the sun setting. I slowly got up and saw my favorite stuffed kitty. I grabbed my kitty

"Rose do you think we should run away?"

I looked around my room and saw a small bag. I put my secret stash of candy that I took from mommy and daddy in the bag and held my kitty Rose. Then I quietly tiptoed out my room when I got to the front door I could hear daddy grumbling down the stairs and I ran out the door but not before I hear

"GEM GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE NOW!!!"

               ~Present time~

That is where I am now running from mommy and daddy. I could knew if they caught me I would not eat for a month  and I would get another beating even worse than the last one. Finally I found a really thick tall tree and hid from mommy and daddy. I could hear them running past me. Then I collapsed to the ground but not before I saw a tall man in a black suit and red tie...
