So far Gem has been lonely but EJ is staying away from her and she is being a small brat but I can deal with that then EJ stealing her. I refuse to give Gem away she is mi-

*knock knock knock knock*

"Come in"

When I say that the door creeks open slowly but that's it. Nothing eles. I slowly walk over to investigate when I see Gem. She is just standing there with her head down and her body pale.

"Gem what's wrong? Did someone hurt you? Was it Clockwork? Because if she did something I swear I'm going to ki-"

"Why?"

"What?"

"WHY DID YOU MAKE EJ STOP TALKING TO ME??! I LOVE HIM HE TREATS ME LIKE I AM HIS LITTLE SISTER AND NOW HE IGNORES ME BECAUSE YOU ARE SCARING HIM AND YOU ARE NOT LETTING HIM SEE ME!!!!!"

"GEM CALM DO-"

"I LOVE HIM AND YOU MADE HIM IGNORE ME!!!"

"LET ME EXPL-"

"YOU KNEW I LOVED HIM AND MADE HIM IGNORE ME!!"

"GEM WILL YOU STO-"

"WHAT???!!"

"Stop yelling."

"NO YOU MADE EJ GO AWAY EVEN THOUGH YOU KNEW I LOVED HIM I JUST WANTED SOMEONE WHO WOULD LOVE ME AND GIVE ME WHAT I WAN-"

"ENOUGH"

My brothers were standing there and Gem ran to them. She RAN TO MY BROTHERS AND NOT ME!

"Gem come here now"

"NO"

"NOW"

"NO"

"1.."

"2..."

She slowly came back to me and she looked like she was going to cry. Now I understood what I hear some father's talking about. This is the worst feeling.

"Gem.. come here and I'll take you to your room"

Splendorman stared to walk to Gem bit I was not going to let him take her. So I did what I thought was sensible. I stabbed him in the shoulder with my tentacle.

"SPLENDY"

Gem tried to run back to him bit I used a different tentacle to pick her up and hold her.

"PUT ME DOWN YOU HURT HIM LET ME GO"

"WHAT THE DUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU??!! YOU JUST STABBED OUR BROTHER"

"I KNOW WHAT I DID DOES IT LOOK LIKE I CARE??!"

"I HATE YOU YOU ARE NOT MY DAD YOU ARE THE WORST PERSON I KNOW I HATE YOU"

I kept my hold on Gem and walked out. She was going to be punished for talking to me like that.

"LET ME GO I HATE YOU"

I didn't say anything. I brought her to the basement and got the chains then chained her arms and legs. There and a small window near bit I was not worried she would have to cut her arms off to get out of these.

"You will stay in here for the night. You will not leave. I will be back in the night. This is your punishment"

As I left could hear Gem starting to scream again. I saw everyone standing there near the door.

"If anyone let's her go I will kill you"

I walked past them then went in my room I started to think about what was I going to do. Then started to sleep.

            ~~gems pov~~

He made EJ go away. He hurt his brother. He locked me here. He is not my dad. Even my real dad never did this. I hate him.

"Gem.."

I stood up quickly and saw EJ at the door. Being as dumb as I am I ran to him but got jerked back

"Don't run"

He came by me then sat me down on his lap. He was hiding something behind his back.

"EJ if he finds you here he's going to kill you"

"I know he is asleep though. And I have Rose and thought you might want her"

"Yes please"

He carefully handed her to me the was about to leave.

"NO PLEASE DON'T GO"

"Shh sh sh sh I'm not leaving I'm grabbing a pillow and blanket"

He went by the door and grabbed them then laid the blanket down the the pillows. Next he picked me up then cuddled me.

"I won't leave till the sun starts to set then I will have to go. I will be here all morning and afternoon  with you.  I promise."

I carefully snuggled to his chest then started to sleep

"Good morning EJ I love you."

"Good morning Gem I love you too."

He softly kissed my head then my world went dark.
