If you people don't know at New year they will spawn 1 Mewtoo per country. The Mewtoo will be spotted at a famous place. You will be given a few minutes to capture Mewtwo. If you don't reach the timer you will lose Mewtwo. You will have about 5 minutes to capture Mewtwo.
