The Breakup

*Matteo*
Today I decided that I'm going to break up with Ambar. Things haven't been great between us lately. I didn't feel anything with her anymore, not like I used to. The person I feel something for is Luna. Only Luna.

I called Ambar and asked could we meet up in the park. She agreed. I got there before her so I waited on one of the benches. After a while I saw her walking down. Her expression was mixed. I couldn't tell if she was happy or not. Well she's not going to be after this...
Ambar: "What is it? What is so important that you need to waste my time?"
Matteo: "Well you won't have to waste your time anymore. I'm done. We're done."
She looked at me. She looked like if she could she would kill me right here right now.
Ambar: "You know what Matteo you're just sad... You're breaking up with me for that little bitch? I can see you already reached the loser point. You're so gonna regret this!"
She was really pissed. Next thing I feel a burn on my cheek. Ambar gets up and walks away. I realise what she just done. I should have ended things sooner...

*Luna*
I was on a walk. A walk, on my feet. This didn't happen too often. I was in a good mood after what happened yesterday. The only thing left is Ambar. I hope she's not going to be in the way for long. I keep on walking and I suddenly find myself in the park. I look at the bench where Matteo and I always sit. I see him. Sitting on his own. Looking quite... sad?
I walk around the other side so he doesn't see me. I sneek up to the bench. I grab his shoulders and shout boo. He jumps and quickly turns around. He smiles when he sees my face. A slight grin creeps over my mouth. Seeing him smiling makes me smile too. I jump over the bench and I sit on it. He looks at me confused and I immediately start laughing.
Matteo: "You know that you could've just walked around the bench. You didn't have to jump over it."
He starts laughing too.
Luna: "I just wanted to hear you laugh."
I smile at him.
He smiles back.
Matteo: "I need to tell you something."
His expression changes.
Luna: "What is it?
I asked worried.
Matteo: "I broke up with Ambar. She didn't take it too well. She got really pissed and she slapped me."
Luna: "WHAT A BITCH! I'LL SHOW HER THAT YOU DON'T MESS WITH LUNA VALENTE!"
I got up. Now this is what you call being pissed.
Matteo: "Honey, calm down. It's ok. It's not worth it."
He started to calm me down. I was still angry. How could she slap him. She's evil that's why. I sat back down and leaned my head on Matteo's shoulder.
Matteo: "I love you."
