After weeks of hard training I arrived at the base to go to battle. I walk over to the commander "Hello, I am Nikolai Sorvotov, 7th mechanized corp." "KV-2, gunner, the KV-2 is the second in the KV class and the gunpower is great, mobility out the window." "Ok, sir." I walked over to the KV-2, weird turret for a tank. "Hello I'm the gunner of this KV-2" I said to the guy standing at my tank. "Hello I am Vladimir Gerund, tank commander, what's your name?" "Nikolai Sorvotov, sir." "Ok suit up and get in position I recommend talking to the driver and loader make your acquaintanceship." I suited up and got in the tank. "Hello I'm Nikolai the gunner." "You can call me The Bear, I'm the driver, obviously." "I'm Dmitri, you can call me D." "OK! Let's get a move on!" says Vladimir jumping in the tank. The Bear turns the tank and we head with the rest of the corp. We travel for quite some time. "Sir I think I see Germans ahead!" I said to the tank commander. "I see them" the tank commander replied. We were near the front of the attack, to try to scare the Germans. "Oh crap" the tank commander shuffled to the radio. "Sir, I see anti-tank guns ahead!" All I hear is a muffled voice in the earphone. The commander frowns, "Continue Bear, full speed." I look at the commander. "Sorry not my decision, Nikolai" he said. I look back at the defense in front of me. I heard a crack of a German anti-tank gun, oh crap, I say to myself. "Nikolai, get ready to fire." BOOM! The tank right next to us exploded, the remains of the loader hits the side of our tank. I turn around to the commander, he points in front of me. I look back I fire in front of me to the Germans in front of me. I see dirt fly upward in the distance. I see D start loading another round. I fire as soon as he is done loading. D gives me a quick look, then loads another round. I fire, I see it ricochet off a Sturmgeschütz III, a German tank destroyer. I flinch when I see a round shoot out of the Sturmgeschütz. BOOM! The tank to the right of us it now gone, it was a SU-152, tank destroyer. "We're dead," The Bear said. No one replied to the statement which was true, and we all knew it was. I fire at the Sturmgeschütz, seeing it penetrate into the armor, not doing any visible damage. I see an another Sturmgeschütz III roll out. The commander opens the hatch for some reason. BOOM! I go flying out the hatch and I hit the ground with a painful feeling, everywhere. I hear other tanks rolling by fixing to die like me. I roll over face up, I see a KV-1 heading at me I roll over to safety. I sit up and I see what's left of my tank. I walk over to it. I see two other bodies in the wreckage, where is D? I look around I see someone lying on the ground not much farther east of the destroyed tank.
